The reason I use the mobile ordering is so that I don't have to talk to employees that hate their jobs. I will no longer be coming to this establishment weekly there have been too many items missing over too many MOBILE orders. Pizza delivery it is.

So this morning around 9:30am on April 20th 2024, I ordered a #3 Breakfast.. bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and a hot coffee. TOTALLY DISGUSTING! What I got was a biscuit that was hard as a rock, half of the bacon was raw, and the cheese wasn't melted. The egg was so-so. The hash brown looked old and tasted like it had been sitting there for two hours saturated in grease. And the coffee tasted burnt. What a waste of $7.00! Never again will I come to this location or ANY McDonald's!! I'll take my $7.00 and go to the store, buy what I need to make my own Breakfast, which is healthier anyways, or I'll go to a decent diner/restaurant. I'm so done with all these disgusting fast-food places, they are all overpriced! Not worth going to anymore!

The atmosphere was better than any locations we have here in Denver. I appreciated they let me sit for two hours to attend a class, of course I ordered food. They were very accommodating.

Mobile order is supposed to be quick but really go through the drive through. It’s clearly priority for them regardless of app promotion. And these employees need to use their brains and check orders. I’m missing 3 items from a mobile order pick up and told to go inside to get it. Ridiculous, but hey it’s McDonald’s what do we expect
