She's the reason I go to this location. Always smiling save send to know and care about each customer personally. I didn't always eat McDonald's but if I do I go to Sylvia's McDonald's!

When these places are run by young people, it's always a customer service issue. They're never friendly and do whatever they want with your order. The owners just want to make money, regardless of their customers.

We order a double quarter pounder no condiments add bacon (had mayonnaise not even listed) and a regular quarter pounder. We got this garbage below and it took her 20 minutes to acknowledge us at the window. This is not even close to what we order $30 bucks wasted. I am so angry thatās why I didnāt return to the store. The food is too expensive to get trash and not what your ordered and it was an online order. Didnāt give me a receipt big surprise so I canāt complete the survey. This is so frustrating
1:00 am I stopped for food and the lady doing the drive thru said iā I quoteā what do you want like I was a nuisance. Kinda ridiculous and bad service

I normally come here on Saturdays. And it's such a great experience. The staff is friendly areas, clean and we have a good time. Food is hot today. We came on Sunday. Oh my what a difference tables we're dirty floors with dirty bathrooms with dirty, have blood all over the toilet seats? No soap in the area to wash your hands. Then we receive our food 30 minutes later. The food was cold and I went back up to the counter, and they just looked at me like I was crazy. Thank God, they had Greg working. Because he made sure our order was correct. Brought it out to the table. I didn't have to go back up to the counter like I did. The first time never come here on a Sunday. Staff is not prepared.
