Ordered a sausage McGriddle with no cheese. Didn’t realize it had cheese til I made it all the way home. Also, the Native American female handing the customers their order in the drive thru window is always rude. She has always been rude to me and I’ve ignored her every time but today… she opened the window and when she saw me. She commented “Ugghh” really? I have always been kind as my mom use to say “kill them with kindness. Today was something else. I laughed as she closed the window. Honestly, don’t know how this female has a job at all with her nasty customer service. Not sure what her issue is!

I went to this location Saturday December 6 at 11:06 am didn’t get my food until 11:35 am I was so excited to get The Grinch meal when I received my order I was told they didn’t have sodas that they had no water at the facility, every single person inside the restaurant was mad, anyway if there is no water at facility they must close the location until there is running water. I arrived home and I opened my box of BigMac the burger was hard and old it seems that it was a burger from the day before, the lettuce was black and the cheese was hard I was so disappointed.

I have tried multiple times with this location to no avail. I have had missing food. Every time it’s missing condiments, like seriously 0 packets or cups. Even when you pay for extra condiments they will not give them to you unless you specifically ask. It is insane to me that something so simple has gone unnoticed by managers for so long. Absolutely will not be going back again

Always complain about the bad never acknowledge the good, drive through was easy, cashier friendly, french fries hot and fresh they even asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries
Rude as hell. The manager can’t even bother to stop gossiping to help and ignored you to your face.

The wait time was pretty long but worth it at the end especially because of the one employee (can’t remember his name but he was hispanic and kinda short) was very sweet especially when he forgot the shake but made up for it giving me and a bigger size thank you:) (11/30/24 @10:45ish)
