The wait time was pretty long but worth it at the end especially because of the one employee (can’t remember his name but he was hispanic and kinda short) was very sweet especially when he forgot the shake but made up for it giving me and a bigger size thank you:) (11/30/24 @10:45ish)

I need to report an issue at the McDonald’s on 51st Ave and Baseline in Laveen, AZ . The manager, JONATHAN, completely ignored me when I was at the register ready to pay. His actions during my visit were not only unprofessional but also outright disrespectful.
He looked directly at me, ignored me, and walked away without a word AFTER putting money in the cash drawer in front of me as I am waiting to pay for my food. He then proceeded to stand by the area where the French fries are prepared and started texting on his phone. Another employee, noticing I hadn’t been helped, kindly stepped in and assisted me.
Jonathan’s behavior raises serious concerns. Either he believes his title as manager exempts him from serving paying customers, or there’s a deeper, more troubling issue of discrimination. His actions were dismissive and disrespectful, and they left me upset and disturbed. As a manager, he should be setting an example by providing excellent customer service, regardless of his position.
Jonathan’s attitude and lack of humility reflect poorly on McDonald's. Not only did he fail to fulfill a basic managerial responsibility—ensuring that all customers are served promptly—but his behavior also left other patrons visibly disgusted. This incident makes me question how the employees under his supervision are treated if this is how he regards customers.
McDonald’s reputation is built on serving customers with respect and professionalism, and Jonathan’s conduct goes against those values. A manager who cannot uphold the standards of service and humility should not be in a leadership position!!!

Omg best and fastest McDonald’s. Manager nija is amazing give her a raise. She’s quick, kind, and moves with urgency! Highly recommend

11:28 on 10/25/2024 Manager was so rude for reason! She slammed open the window and started yelling at my husband that they don't do uber orders in the drive thru when we literally got a MOBILE MCDONALD'S ORDER? She started screaming in the back "WHICH CAR IS IT?" and then didn't even apologize and slammed the window close. Go take a hit outside ma'am. Calm down.

Wasn't a good visit this time around. Asked for salsa packets for my sandwich, and they were out. Then I asked the young man for strawberry jam, and he handed me grape.

I was on vacation from Chicago. Now I only wanted coffee 4 creams /4 equal on the side. It was a difficult task. First i was give coffee with cream inside. Next I was given cream coffee no equal. Then repeatedly asked to pull forward because they had a long line. Now can I say order was repeatedly indicated to put items on the side. So I was asked to pull forward to accommodate. The back up traffic of about 18 cars because A some one made coffee like they wanted. B did not follow the directions they repeatedly replied back to me.
In hind sight associates were extremely polite.

I clearly came during a really bad shift, but these employees were working so hard. I could just see the stress on their faces but they were handling it so well and were still so friendly and nice. I swear every customer in there was being so rude, and I heard so many people complain when the employees were clearly sound their best. It was insanely busy and they were still outstanding and has great customer service. (They all look like they need a 3 week vacation after this though)

Ugly services employee's don't check the orders, had to went back because I order three meals and none of them had the fries in the back had to wait ten more minutes to get them. Bad services in general
Cold fries, inexperienced staff n endless wait time inside… Originally went thru drive thru then had 2go inside cuz da fries were cold now omw home n can almost gaurantee da rest of da food is cold now as long as they took 2replace 1large fries order… They truly suck n we won’t be goin back no time soon hoping they can get it back together or sumthin 💯

This mcdonalds is garbage. The coke always tastes like powerade, 85% of the time the food sucks and the lines here are OUTRAGEOUS. Avoid it at all costs. You'll also possibly have to deal with beggers asking for money in the drive thru.
