It's a shame that with all of this negative feedback about wrong/ missing customer orders that this continues to happen without management intervening or taking accountability. I only blame myself for giving this restaurant way too many opportunities, once again my order was missing items. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, once my call was taken and I asked for a manager the call was hung up.

Rare that a counter person exists now. Everything is app/self service based and yet a meal costs as much as a meal at a restaurant. Doesn't quite make sense to me, but it's the world we live in. That said, use the app for discounts/deals to make things affordable.

Desiree at the window is the best employee you can possibly have. She needs a promotion and a raise. She's so friendly and she is always so accurate with my order every time I come she has such a pleasure and they always look forward to seeing her. The food and the other employees are amazing. Not a regular at mcD's. But was short on time so pulled into mcD drive thru. I was shocked at how X_itchy the woman in the speaker was. The woman at window might as well been a robot. Will only return if in a pinch. I'll tell my friend in suburban Chicago that he should've colored those arches he designed for McD yrs ago black, not yellow! Lol

My grandson and I go to this McDonald's every week. It is our favorite location. The food is good. They still have a playground, their ice cream machine always works. 😉 Plus, it is clean with a friendly staff.
Ordered thru DoorDash app and once I received my order well let’s just say I’m never ordering from this location again. My big Mac had a dry patty and there barely was any Mac sauce on it. I swear it looked like it’s been sitting out for a long time. Plus, my shake was not a shake but a strawberry banana smoothie. Which okay was fine but still not the correct item. The only thing descent was the nuggets. Y’all need to do better and not give out food that’s been sitting for long time. Total disappointment 😔💔

I love this Mc Donalds, the food is always fresh and I've never had an issue with an order. The employees are always kind and all the managers I've came in contact with were always very polite. I'm greeted when entering the store and always met with a smile.
