No hand sanitizer on every single dispenser , no hand soap in the restroom , toilet paper was on the floor. They pretty busy but they suppose to have somebody to take care that . I told the lady at the register team need to be retrain on customer service .

The cook team here intentionally stalls third party delivery orders. I ordered from here and my delivery driver had to apologize for the long wait. He informed me the crew in the back just stood around talking for five minutes before preparing the order. When I received my order it was missing items? Not sure what’s going on at this location but someone from corporate needs to look into it.

Went to buy my boys happy meals for the Mario toy but decided to get off because theres always an issue getting my order right. . my kids are picky but hey with prices so high the least they can do is accommodate the customers. Y can't we get what we order ?. They made all burgers plain no cheese and they charge extra for cheese. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get the attention of anyone in the lobby because the drive thru was haywire . Horrible experience. Very expensive and same crappy service. Is anyone reading these reviews? Good grief!

I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the drive threw they read me back my order, and told me to pull forwards. Once I got to the window the manager there claimed she didn’t have my order, even after I showed her my receipt. So instead of holding up the drive through line I came inside thinking she would help. Well I was wrong. She refused to help even after I showed her multiple times that I did in fact order at the right location and did not want to give me my order or give me a refund. Thankfully a few teeens working there ended up helping me and gave me my order. The older female manager working night shift at this location should be fired. She is extremely rude had very disgusting and disrespectful behavior.
