My biggest problem was that I asked for no salt on my fries, and not only were they salted, but they were also cold and stale. I asked for no onions on my burger, and of course, there were onions on my burger. The problem was maybe they gave me the wrong order, or they didn't care enough to pay attention to the order that was requested.

if you order curbside you will never get your food brought out too you no matter if its busy or not you will sit in your car forever or until you go in and get it they will never bring it to you its the worse McDonald's in the valley

I really don’t know what’s going on here but for a few months now the drinks and food have not been great. I literally just bought two large sweet teas and a large caramel frappe. The frappe was fine but the Sweet teas were not teas at all! They were just coffee with ice! Black coffee with ice. I really don’t know how that happened. But come on you guys double check beforehand!

McDonald’s has the best fast food French Fries. Not today! The worst French fries I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s in my entire life! I asked for no salt, I got soggy & under cooked, limp fries. I used the drive thru, very busy with several cars ahead of me, because everything else was closed. No napkin in the bag. Not a good experience.

They say they use 100% beef which we all know is a lie. Turns out the company McDonald's buys its meat from is actually called 100% beef.
You guys are crazy you got a lot of nerve charging $7 for a McGriddle that's insane especially when you can go to Burger King and get two egg ham cheese croissants for $5

The only reason I'm getting a three-star review and not a one-star because at least the french fries were hot and the Coca-Cola tasted good I told them I want to know onions or ketchup on my burgers and they had onions and ketchup on both burgers I asked for a fish fillet they told me they weren't making fish fillets today something about the fryer wasn't working or something but they're making french fries so that makes no sense and it's too bad that Arizona is not getting a McRibs that's what I was told here are they were really busy so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on my burgers

OMG, the silent racism is in full effect. I ordered a medium coffee with 14 sugar packs on the side as I always have at all the McDonald's around the valleys for 20+ years. The guy in the drive tru with grey shirt & jeans was very rude. Im going to assume he was a manager of some sort because he was in street clothes. He pored the coffee in large cup then took a look (stare) at me then decided to pore that same coffee into a smaller cup. That was ok because that's what I ordered. He then put his entire dirty hand onto the lid. I opened the top of the lid and the coffee wasn't even to the line. I handed it back to him & ask if he could fill it appropriately. He did then handed the coffee to me with no lid. OMG that was a huge liability. Do he not know a lady got million's from a burn years ago? And to think his underneath racism could do it again. He then filled the larger cups with creamer & handed it to me. (SMH). Im not understanding because he pored the coffee out of that same cup to fill it with cream which I did not ask for. When I told him that was incorrect he then snared at me & mumbled something. He then turn to the other employees and mumbled something about me to them. It was very intense. If I could give a below zero I would. I will be contacting corporate at this point................ Update ............. I took the lid back to ask for a clean one so I could drink my coffee & a lady with a tie of some sort was very nice to me

Really lazy slow workers. Was told to park after waiting 29 minutes already. Just give it to me * didnt have more time to wait so i had to hust leave without my food. I didnt anticipate a line of like 7 peple taking beyond a half hour
