Caught in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Said they were under staffed. No way to get out. Did not order anything to save time to escape. You need to fire everyone and start over. This stt is a disgrace. May never go to your stores again.

I will never give this location business again. I drove up to drive thru window made my order gave the girl my code. She said with an attitude ? Yeah! You going to have to hold on. I said ok, thank you. No response two cars have gone ahead of me in the other lane. I said hello, she said can I take your order? I said yes, I have a code for you she said, I told you your going to have to hold on. Well no response again. I said hello I want to make an order I have a code for you. She said hold on very rude. Next thing a male voice said we don't need your attitude. I said excuse me, I have been very patient she did this 3 times with the attitude. I just want to make my order 6 cars have gone since then. He says yeah ok, I replied back that I will go elsewhere. He then said that's fine good bye. This isn't very professional and I hear my neighbors complain about this location too. Foods not fresh alway rude. Proceed with caution ⚠️

The coffee I got has zero sugarssweeteners . Then the 2 breakfast burritos are cold as if they been laying around . The wait time was approximately about ten minutes just for cold food and tasteless coffee . The workers can do better than this.

Some manager slams the drive up window while talking is not good customer service at all ! Hes worked there for 9 yrs ? I kept hearing . I know the topic that I was talking about as well .

The tables are rarely clean when we go here. They also don't seem to deliver to your table even if you select a table marker at the self-serve kiosk (they just call your number instead and stand there for you to come get it). This is probably why I have been eating at McDonald's less and less over the years and taking my business to the multitude of better run and/or better value fast food chains.

Closed at 1030 suppose to be open till 11 Tuesday the 27th of February the guys were just hanging out inside there where like 4 cars.. The guy inside was super rude about it thought he was super cool with that ridiculous mullet ?

This store is absolutely horrible. The staff has no idea what they are doing and the lady through the drive through needs to be fired. I will be taking this to district about the experience. These employees are begging for higher wages yet they do not know how to provide the service.
