I haven't been to a McD's in a while and it's sad to see they've made the interior bare bones. You don't serve your own fountain drink (so no more refills) and there's no station to get ketchup (just to go pouches). The workers here seemed nice and have me good customer service though.

I keep getting food that has been sitting too long. UHC is for timed holding not for how ever long you want. Eggs were way over done sausage was very old.
They refused to take my order and made me use the tablet for a 60$ order, which took 5 minutes. Plus it’s over 90 degrees inside the lobby. That’s not an exaggeration, either this is purposeful or it’s broken. If the AC is broken and it’s 117 degrees outside, you should close your lobby. Cmon man.

Amazing service! I was having issues with the McDonald's app and the manager came over and assisted, not only was she courteous and helpful but she was nice and very professional! The service from the cashier was great aswell, thank you! Oh and always a plus to get our big order complete and right! ***For store reference this was on 07/05 around 9am.

Every single time I come here they always mess up coffee or an order. I came here this morning asking for 2 vanilla iced lattes, 1 small caramel frappe, and a large hot coffee 4 and 4. When we went to pay they told us back our order and they only said 4 cream for the hot coffee when we asked for 4 & 4. We told them this and they said they will fix it. They then proceeded to tell us to wait at the 3 window since our drinks weren't ready, its 4 coffees and we waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru while 3 other cars behind us got their stuff before us. When we finally get our coffees, we drank one of the iced vanilla lattes and its EXTREMELY sweet, we then try the other latte and there is no sweetness at all. They had put the 4 sugar we asked for in the hot coffee inside of the vanilla latte instead. Mess ups with our coffees and food happen so often at this location and we try to give it another try but it always fails. Never again, respectfully its a coffee it shouldnt be this difficult.
