The team seemed to work well together, and Alana (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name.) was patient when I tried to figure out how to use the coupon from the app. Not only that, but she helped deescalate a situation with another customer who had a complaint. Honestly, this is probably the best McDonald's location. When we are in the Cave Creek area and want a quick bite, we will stop here. This is the only location where the food is fresh and HOT. The food stays hot as we drive back to Phoenix. The Big Macs are hot while the lettuce is crisp and cold, exactly how it should be.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no onion and it came out with no cheese and onion sent it back and the new one came out and it looked terrible and I took one bite and threw it in the garage it was cold and tasted terrible the fries were good so I ate them and drank my soda . The food looked like someone just slapped it together with not a care in the world and tasted even worse. Will never eat there again and I live down the street from the location on carefree highway . Got home with our bag of food to find the two Big Macs were missing the top meat patty. Asked for no lettuce, onion or pickle and they were all left on. Fries were wrong size.

I go to this McDonald’s all of The time am I order the same thing and this happened a few times before my cheeseburger is dried and missing condiments. I paid for extra cheese and there’s no extra cheese order a strawberry banana smoothie and it’s like water like it wasn’t made fresh and just sitting on the counter and I go to call the restaurant and no one answers the phone, don’t want my order replaced just want my money back. Thank you.
We have 3 McDonalds near us, but this is the closest. I think I will drive the extra 5 min to go to Jomax, or Anthem or any other location. This location has the worst tasting fries and chicken of all the nearby locations. It also consistently messes up orders. Today they gave me a 4 piece happy meal instead of the 6 piece I ordered and because it was thru the app, oh well nothing anyone can do. It had been months since I ordered from this location because the never did any customization (ie no pickle extra onions) but I thought a standard happy meal they couldn't mess up. I was wrong. Go to any other McDonalds in the area, its worth the extra 5 min to get what you ordered and you will have better tasting fries.

Horrible experience, actually the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. Service was beyond poor, I felt like I should have been paid to even go here. They literally messed up every single thing they could. Every person in there was frustrated and missing food or waiting forever. The employees have no manners and the manager was about as useful as there ice cream machine

This Mickey D's is close to home so we frequent it ALOT LOT. 😐 I've watched at least a small handful of teenagers turn into adults behind the register and drive thru. It's immaculate. Always clean. Always busy. Always jam packed drive through. Busy counter. However, unless I go in: Every single time they mess my order up! I've also ordered inside and the same mess happens. I don't notice because like I say: I am a regular here ( not bragging) and I never check really. That's a Durr on my part- but still. They always take care of me and the kids. We are always grateful. Fries are hot and coffee always fresh. Excellent!
