I ordered 3 orders of 2 for 5 McMuffins I had To get one without egg and they charged me full price for 2 of them cuz they said “ you need the egg “ !!! I saved You guys product and you charge me so much extra all because egg makes my niece sick !!! When I asked If I could just change it they said no . What kind of crap is that . Ugh so irritated .

My food was fine, but some plus sized female employee just rushed me out of the bathroom, like I wasn't a paying customer, because someone else needed it too? Let a man poop in peace, like dam. I was in there a whole 5 mins, and she pounded on that door like it's the cops. Lucky me, I was already pooping or it would have scared the crap out of me. (Don't let this joke fool you, I was genuinely rushed)

I’ve been coming to this location for years, I am confused by all the disgruntled reviews. I am extremely specific about my food and service and not once had a problem at this location with either of those things. I’ve only ever had them forget a sandwich 2 times. Great location good service and they move the line very quickly! Also very good coffee they rarely ever over brew or burn the coffee!

Orders always wrong, they skip you in line, food is cold, and they can't keep track of orders at all! Management doesn't care, I've complained and all they say is "we can remake your food" then they SKIP YOU AGAIN in line! How is this location still open!?
