I placed my order at the Kiosk with my rewards code.I placed the table locator on the table. I continued watching the news with one earbud while waiting to be served. I heard 42 so I looked up as my number was 39 so came to ask the employee about 39. She ( young white girl with dark loooong hair)responded it was ready and that they called out the number 3 times. I asked how long had it been sitting there and she looked away. I asked if they didn’t bring the food to the table and she said no. I asked what were the table locators for ? She said i don’t know. I asked for my receipt since the kiosk didn’t print one. She started giving me attitude with trying to figure out the kiosk number where I placed my order as she couldn’t figure out which one I was pointing too as she kept smirking and asking 1 or 2, I responded the outer one. I asked if she couldn’t find it with my name ? She asked for my name and she kept trying to do something on the screen to find it. I asked for her name and she said it didn’t matter. I said it mattered to me,who I was speaking too but refused again. After a few minutes she printed a blank receipt and said the printer wasn’t working. I asked her to call someone else for help and she just looked around and used her shoulders to respond an I don’t know who. Another employee walked by so he was able to print the receipt within seconds. I over heard her giving attitude to other customers too. I then saw another employee taking food to the tables. I guess she doesn’t.

Every table was dirty, has no fountain machine accessible in the lobby, the only reason it gets a 2 is because the bathrooms aren't locked by default. But the service is almost nonexistent. I went up to the counter for water and stood there for 5 minutes then decided screw it. I continued to watch 3 other people wait for longer.
I'll just avoid this location, they don't seem to want customers anyway.
While sitting here making this review I watched an associate take someone's order then blow past two trying to get their attention. This location is awful

This place has gotten better as far as their customer service. Unfortunately they're in a bad location. Lots of zombies in their parking lot. The wait time in the drive thru has gotten worse. This morning we waited 9 minutes in the drive thru line.

Orderd breakfast on mobile app, went to pick it up, I was told all the had were fries, instead of refunding me, drive through told me to cancel it on my own, this place is garbage and will always be garbage.... The Crack Heads are always a nice touch....

This location NEVER gets my orders via McDonalds app correct. The last 4 orders were missing an item or the food was HORRIBLE, not to mention when i have gone here the homelessness in the lobby is ridiculous. If i had a choice (app does not let me opt out this location) i would NEVER ORDER OR EVEN GO HERE.

First time at this location and atmosphere is very calm, the order took over 15 minutes (which is way too much), the coffee tool another 10 minutes and there were many customers at the local nor in the drive thru. Enjoy your visit.

They never have mocha frappes and apparently it's at the majority of McDonald's never have mocha frappes but you always have caramel and I don't like them. Never Happy at any McDonald's. This is sad 😢

The white girl with curly brown blondish hair working drive thru window 02/28/2025 @ 7:20ish don't know how to make coffee. She should be fired for making bad coffee. They need to close this location. Bad service. Also y'all need some diversity. You don't get any stars.
