This place has gotten better as far as their customer service. Unfortunately they're in a bad location. Lots of zombies in their parking lot. The wait time in the drive thru has gotten worse. This morning we waited 9 minutes in the drive thru line.

First time at this location and atmosphere is very calm, the order took over 15 minutes (which is way too much), the coffee tool another 10 minutes and there were many customers at the local nor in the drive thru. Enjoy your visit.

I woulda given a higher star rating except for the manager debating I leave because my service/alert animal want wearing some ridiculous vest that isn't required for him or necessary. An easily stolen item. That set me back allot. The fact that I could I have anything medical happen and he isn't there to do his job (which I have crossed this bridge with other McDonald's in this valley... And I was fully in the right)... Could lead to a serious consequence.
