I ordered a happy meal for curbside pickup and it was only two nuggets in my son box once I took it to his school. They called me to tell me but I was already busy. The store doesn’t even answer the phone.

Staff is super rude. Young teenagers have no customer service skills at all. Young teeneage Caucasian girl working at drive thru at 4:15 pm was extremely rude. Smh

Waited over 13 minutes curbside and no order delivered and there was NO ONE in the drive-thru. Went into the store (2 customers so not like it was busy) and our order was sitting on the shelf…slushy melted. No one took accountability or offered any sort of “sorry” for the inconvenience. Not the first time with a problem at this location. Tried to call to talk to manager and phone number wasn’t working. Submitted feedback online but not expecting much as I’ve never got a reply from previous comments.

We stopped here for a quick snack to hold us over until dinner for the kids. We got all our food but in pieces the last of our order took almost 10 minutes. It wasnt until I went in there to get it, one of the workers did give me a apple pie to compensate for the wait. But it was just alot of time we wasted waiting for food.

The young lady that’s usually at the last window with the cross necklace I think her name was Elana she has the best attitude and sweet spirit I experienced in a long time in the fast food industry. She always create pup cups for my spoiled dog lol McDonald’s is a very rare occasion for us so it’s nice to be met with good interaction and service, and for the most part food is mainly hot and fresh.

Bad enough to take the time out of my day to write a review. 30 minutes ago I went through the drive through. There was a soft talking mumbling girl who took my order. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. When I spoke with her face to face it was the same experience. She should not be working at that position. I ate my food immediately when I received it. McDouble: room temperture with a hard bun. Fries: room temperature. Nuggets: room temperature. When did McDonalds lose it's consistency? It was all the normal food but it was sitting around somewhere for some time before it was handed to me. On a positive note, the order was all there and the coke was excellent.
Some days the lid isn't fully attached, or cup is overfilled... today grounds in the coffee. I only ever get coffee and it's a huge challenge for them here apparently

Extremely slow and disorganized. Went through the drive through and got a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a 4 piece nugget…. Nothing special. I was told to pull around because “we’re still making your burger.” I proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes (I’m not exaggerating because I checked the time on my receipt). I then went inside and they forgot about my order and weren’t even tracking it. I used to get McDonald’s because it was cheap and fast, now it’s neither. Unfortunately this experience has been the normal experience the past few times I’ve been. I’ll just go somewhere else now.
It’s sad that you can get your food faster at a sit down restaurant than you can from McDonald’s drive through.

Every time I come here during my lunch break the food is fresh and always ready to go! I’m sure they’re tired of my by now because I always get the same thing. But they’ve never failed me on freshness and quickness. Thank you
