Ordered at the drive through from a woman who would not speak words of any language, nor would she respond to our questions. We were asked to pull forward and park while they finished our order, which we did and waited for ten minutes. Finally we went in to the store; they weren't working on our order. No apologies, no acknowledgement, nothing. Based on the other reviews, no one has any intention of providing decent service.

Minimal Effort
As much as we order from here it has progressively gotten worse. Using the mobile app is a complete joke if you go do curbside. Tonight 11/10/2024 I waited for 15 min curbside and no one ever came. I went in and 5 of them are standing there just chatting. Someone finally asked what I needed and I let them know that i haven’t got my curbside order. The young lady offered no apology or didn’t acknowledge my statement. She left and came back and gave me my order and the cups for my drinks. She didn’t even bother filling it up. Ordering through the mobile app will guarantee that you will be missing food. I’ve complained to corporate regarding this location and haven’t received a response. Who runs this place? Seriously is this place a soon to be Spirit Halloween?

Came in for an egg and sausage McMuffin. I must have arrived about 5 minutes before breakfast ended, But they gave me the most greasiest, gross assimilation of a McMuffin I've ever had. Didn't even give me the right egg. Ruined my breakfast. I'd like a refund but I don't know how to get it from the app so here's one star

I feel I've given some leeway towards the food and try not to be as picky but unfortunately there's only so much tolerance. I ordered 2 different burgers, not only did I have to go back to get my right orders but I got this as my correction ... I've had this occasionally and honestly McDonald's has dropped its standards everywhere

The young lady at the window with glasses handing out the food was incredibly rude. She never smiled at us and everything we asked for she acted like we were bothering her. She was confused on our order so we politely tried to help her but it seems like that irritated her even more. This experience was frustrating because we were all extremely polite to her so this attitude came from no where. The manager also had an attitude while we were ordering and she also sounded annoyed every time we added to the order

I have grew up in this area have been going to this Mcdonalds for over 10 years- the past two years it has BEEN gross, bad food, and LONG LONG waits. I was in the drive thru for 12 minutes the other day, I left without my food because I had to go to work. People were honking and yelling- no one did one thing about it. I dont really even know why I go to mcdonalds any more

This restaurant had a somewhat-friendly atmosphere; the couple of times I've been to this location. The employees were nice & helpful when they took my order, but no one greeted me when I walked into the restaurant. [*On multiple occasions..]
Although the store was well-kept, I noticed the lobby was a little dirty & needed a quick cleanup & restocking of napkins+straws. They just finished with a busy lunch rush, so it was understandable why the lobby was a little messy.
Other than those small "remarks," my experience(s) at this McDonald's has been mostly positive! The service is quick & my food always tastes great! =0]

You are absolutely insane if you go to McDonald’s! The food is below average at best but hey that’s ok I will eat below average food sometimes. But the reason McDonald’s SUCKS so bad and you and I are insane for going is that the mess your order LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME! The order is wrong every single time I go. So by all means go wait in a long line for below average food crappy service all so you can be surprised at whatever food they choose to give you each time. Enjoy your McDonald’s experience.
