Chicken in the sandwich was a bit overdone, and I waited over ten minutes to get my food in a practically empty dining room. But the cashier was very friendly.

the managers rude, there slower than a sloth in service. I came in before breakfast was over and they didn't get to me until after and All i needed was a mcgriddle and they checked with the manager manager SNAPS at the cashier/me for breakfast which is UNACCEPTABLE if the service is slow and all bc they took there good nature time to come to the register i ended up walking out with no food and unacceptable attitude from a manager.

I just wanted to say the employees at this location do not know what they are doing, I get it it’s a beginner job but as customer and someone that works in food and beverage they need to be trained better. There’s always an issue here. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and asked for a couple sauce packets and they said they have to charge me and can only give me one on the house. I get it if I order like a burger and fries but 4 to 5 meals worth and you can’t give me some sauce packets! The employees that worked around 5pm on Monday the 6th should not work there. Very unprofessional when talking to me, if it’s company code it’s company code but don’t be disrespectful when talking to me. McDonald’s makes millions, so if a customer wants a couple packets give them a couple packets and stop trying to charge for everything. Next thing you know I’m gonna be charged for parking in there lot!

I ordered a happy meal for curbside pickup and it was only two nuggets in my son box once I took it to his school. They called me to tell me but I was already busy. The store doesn’t even answer the phone.
Staff is super rude. Young teenagers have no customer service skills at all. Young teeneage Caucasian girl working at drive thru at 4:15 pm was extremely rude. Smh
