If I could give a ZERO for how the onsite manager treats customers, I would! They made a mistake with my order and blamed me for them double charging me! Because my card is linked to the app it charges then I use the code, so I tried to work with them to ratify the issue but the attitude from the manger rolling her eyes at me saying there is nothing they could do it's my fault for using the app reward and linking my card to the app, I will never again give this location my business! As the location manager Arianna needs to be trained in customer service and not to be rude, but there is a language barrier/understanding issue.

My little one had off school and I had to work. Toon herem there to blow off some energy in the playground while I got some work done. Ended up getting an iced coffee and lunch. Very nice, clean and friendly service.

This is genuinely the best McDonalds ive been to in the country and I'm not exaggerating. Service is always great, food is always fresh and orders are always correct. I've been to McDonald's in almost every state, and i am so lucky that this location is my local one. I normally would not leave a review for a fast food place but this location and staff deserve all the positive recognition!

Consistent and quick food delivery. Usually no complaints, though they do mess up the happy meal sides (ie, french fries and apples) and the sauces often. Not the end of the world, but I would expect better from a McDonalds.

This neighborhood McDonald's is my kids favorite for the play area however, not sure why in the summer it's so cold in here that it's mind numbing. Literally need to have a jacket on in here. My kids hands and legs are like icicles. Service is barely friendly and sometimes someone will bring food out sometimes you'll get a scream from the front counter when they put your food at the window. If you don't hear it too bad. It's a shame because it's not typical for a McDonald's to have poor service nor not care that it's below any normal sense of comfortable air temp. I know it's been expressed by several customers about the air but it doesn't seem to change. We've been coming here for years and it's always the same. It's a shame that management could care less. I always go to this McDonald’s when I have to do shows in the area. I have to say the staff is always friendly to me when I go there. The app hates to work and the staff is very forgiving of when that happens and makes sure I get the right discounts. Also this has to be the coldest place I have ever been too lol that’s not a bad thing in the AZ heat. This restaurant is amazingly cold idk why but ya very cold. I love it don’t change that it’s a great break from the heat!
Always clean when I go in as well.

It all started the day after Mother’s Day, they gave me expired food that was sitting out at least a whole day, the mayo tasted expired, the bread was SWEET, it was inedible. Then, 05/22/25 at 10:25 am my friend and I made a mobile order for a McGriddle each and I received mine but my friend didn’t, they kept telling me they didn’t see it in their system. I recently went again a couple days ago to get food for my little brothers . They charged me medium fries after I kept telling him not to, I had to go back in the drive thru and wait a long line while the food for my bros got cold. Idk what happened but ever since Mother’s Day, my review for this restaurant went from FIVE STARS TO NONE!!! Please, I would like to change my review for the better in the future. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until I wanted to receive the refund for the order we did not receive and then John Michael from customer care had the audacity to treat me even worse instead of providing customer care. Do better guys, cmon now, you guys were FIVE STARS! You can do it again (:

Every single time without fail when i get a $5 mcdouble meal i ask for it plain and i check the box and the burger comes with everything on it. Not what i asked for. Fries are great most the time. No other complaints
