Today we ordered two Quarter Pounders and one large fry along with two drinks at the drive thru. The burgers were perfect!The $3.99 Large French Fries were absolutely disgusting.Cold, soggy disgrace! For an organized restaurant chain that spans the world, how can it be possible that an order of french fries can still be served this way is hard to imagine?It is possible that everyone at one time or another has experienced the disappointment of a cold order of fries and can relate.This location wasn't very busy, appeared to have plenty of staff members, seemed to be a newer restaurant that is well kept and the drive thru staff were very pleasant.By the time we pulled out and headed towards the freeway, we discovered the issue and we were not in a position to turn around just for a new order of fries, although, at the time, I was not aware I had paid $3.99 for something I decided not to feed my dogs when I arrived home.Shame on management for poor quality control.Parking: Large parking lot. Plenty of available spaces. Drive thru accessible for wide profile vehicles.

Google says they’re open until 11. Went at 10:10 and waited for 5 minutes. Could hear employees talking in the background because someone was hot-mic’ing. Disappointed because no one took my order so I took my business somewhere else. Can’t believe jack in the box had better service.

Order my food in the app pulled up to the drive thru. Was told to park food wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes of sitting in the car waiting for them to bring the food like they said they would I decided go in I mean all I order was a happy mean for my daughter and a medium fry for myself. Go in and my food has been sitting at the counter. Now food is cold fries are soggy. This is why I stopped going to McDonald’s everything about the company has gone downhill

It's McDonald's. I live locally, and this location is a hit or miss when getting your order correct. Clean inside, good customer service, and good temperature of food served.

First of all, everyone knows Mcdonald's, everyone knows what their burgers are. However I've been making what's called a McGangbang for about 13 years now and maybe you will too. It's a whole McChicken placed INSIDE a McDouble between the 2 burger pattie's and topped with whatever sauce you like (I always do buffalo).I have to say, after 13 years of ordering the 2 separate items and making these at my table this was THE BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD at McDonalds.The mchicken patty was crispy all the way around and made a significant "crunch" sound during each and every bite, even with the mayo and buffalo sauce added to it, the lettuce was crispy and there's was the perfect amount of mayo.The burger pattie's in the mcdouble omfg the pattie's! Super moist and literally dripping as I was eating it. Holy cow, and the pickles were ACTUALLY enough to taste them and there was finally enough ketchup!For so many times over countless years I've had McDonald's and was always let down in disappointment about what the burger COULD have been if they just tried a little harder... but this one was the best I've ever had from them and I even saved the location and address in my phone because it was so unbelievably good.#McDonald'scorporate you have to figure out how this restaurant is above the rest and please please please make more locations do whatever they're doing because I cannot stop daydreaming about how this was the best burger I've ever had from McDonald's, like the BEST in 13 years? How is that possible? I have no idea but I saved the location because I need to go back.

They’ve closed at 11:00 every day for the last 15 years. Not as of the last year. The staff closes an hour early for their own convenience. They wait till 11:00 to leave the building though. My guess is so corporate doesn’t catch on. Lazy people!
