Asked for a sausage egg McMuffin. Just the sandwich. Got up to the window they charged me for the meal. No big deal. But then they hand me my food and it’s a sausage biscuit. Line around the building. And I’m already late. I feel like every time I go to this particular McDonald’s the order is always wrong. The staff is pleasant but it’s the last time I will be going. Hate paying for something I didn’t order or want.

Outdated. Dingy.
Took 10 minutes for an employee to help me at the register because they were busy talking about their weekend plans. The fry’s were inedible. Playplace looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There is a much nicer McDonald’s right down the road at the 101.

It's a McDonald's. But service is usually fast. Friendliness of the staff is a hit or miss. But again, it is a mcdonald's.

I added 1 thing to my burger and they forgot it
No bathroom lock 🔒🔐 though Play place does look weird. Like most McDonald's.

The last couple times I’ve come here they can’t seem to not get something wrong I work fast food so I try to understand mistakes happen but at a certain point it’s obvious when staff just aren’t trying. Today my family member ask me to get them fries and a hot fudge Sunday from this location and they gave me my ice cream but then they had me wait 10 minutes for fries so when one of the girl managers brought them to me I politely asked her to remake it because it was melted she gave me attitude and said “I guess” and went back inside so I just settled with it and left. This place needs more adult supervision not just teens this is coming from a 22 year old
No person to order from system is difficult to use, won’t be back
We come here Friday it’s real good and people are nice
No more menu at the register, they basically force you to use the kiosk. No more self serve drinks either, and if you want a refill, good luck finding an employee to acknowledge you. This place looks like it belongs in south Phoenix after the remodel.
Drive thru takes a long time. Customer service is great. Food is just like all other McDonald’s food. Sometimes the orders get mixed up.
