This location runs out of burgers quickly, so if you’re hungry late at night, I don’t recommend this McDonald’s. They don’t know how to keep up with food.

Went this evening to Mc Donald’s order 3 strawberry cream pies and coffe in the drive threw and the young lady was so pleasant when telling me it will be a 10 min wait that they were out and if I would like to wait for fresh ones. I said yes do to the fact that she din’t give me any attitude and was super sweet when telling me about the wait. Usually at other McDonald's they are so quick to raise their voice and give me attitude.Thank you so much for beeing so pleasant tonight Alex I hope I got your name right keep smiling and being pleasant🙂Miss Brittney delivered our pies after the 10 min and she was as sweet as Miss Alex so this McDonald’s deserves a gold star 😊

I pulled into the drive thru shortly after midnight and was immediately asked if I was using the mobile app. I said no and waited 4 minutes for someone to take my order for a large coke. I pulled up to the window and sat there for two more minutes. Still no coke, so I left. Horrible service.

This is the only place I have ever had to sit in line for over 15 minutes, and then over 10 minutes at the window just to get an order that was so royally wrong that I didn’t even bother to go back and get remade because this store it ALWAYS so incredibly slow. It makes no sense but who ever is in charge needs to make some changes ASAP. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This McDonald’s always seems overwhelmed. Even when placing an online order, it usually takes longer than expected. It feels like the food is prepared quickly, but the service side moves so slowly that the food is barely warm by the time you actually get it.
If there are even a few cars in the drive-thru, I usually end up going to the Wendy’s nearby instead because I know this location will take longer than it should for fast food. On top of that, customizations on burgers are often missed or incorrect.
Overall, it’s inconsistent and not reliable when you’re in a hurry.

I can't have McDonald's cheese and frequently get resistance when I order a breakfast burrito with no cheese. Waylon (not sure if I spelled it right) has amazing customer service. I might have been a little snippy when he said the grill couldn't make it and he so calmly and sweetly explained why, but still went to talk to them to see if they could do it. He maintained such a happy professional tone and he is the right guy to have interacting with customers. ♥️
They got my order wrong again. Even correcting it, they forgot stuff. The drive-thru isn't worth it. Seems like a training issue. They just take your card without confirming what you ordered.

Sorry that customer service could of been better. Very poor service. They put your food on they food location hold don't call it out. If you have pick up order they don't call it . The food is hot but poorly put together. Food is not wrapped correctly. Maybe just this side of town is like this cause the customers act the same way the staff do. I'm sorry this location can't have the W. V we will check out another place out Friday.

Asked me to pull around the side. I began to notice people walking in and getting their order before me. Even gave it another 3 minutes.
After 13 minutes, I had to walk in and get my food. It was sitting there, with two other people’s order.
The time before, they forgot to put double meat in my order.
