Food is fine, but no matter what you order they always make you park and wait around the corner. Literally anything, and you have to go wait. Like at least be nice about it damn, they’re always so rude. Like I’m sorry I ordered food from your restaurant and bothered you so much. My bad.

It must be a prerequisite to working here to just be the rudest person in Phoenix. Every time I come here it's like I'm being an inconvenience to the staff. Listen I'm sorry that whatever happened in your life resulted in you hating your life, but don't take it out on me just trying to get a cheeseburger which by the way they mess up the food half the time. There's another McDonald's at 1851 W Bell Rd that's way nicer and they rarely mess up. The one time they messed up my food they were super polite about it. This McDonalds however accused me of stealing once because they forgot my fries. Just don't come here and drive the extra three minutes down the road to 1851 W Bell Rd McDonald's.

Lazy rude manager it's Christmas eve and they closed the inside 10 minutes early at least because that's what time I got there and they will not just let me come in and order something when you have holiday hours posted on the door for a week+ you should honor the hours what is the point of even having them otherwise I just walked a mile to come here
