Asked for no ketchup on the burger and they put ketchup on it .it even had a sticker saying no ketchup.whats wrong with u people.no wonder i quit eating your food years ago.it sucks

Missing Items and Poor Service – Order on 06/08/2025 at 7 PM
I ordered three $5 Meal Deals and one 4-piece McCrispy Chicken on June 8, 2025, at around 7 PM. The crew on duty included a young man, along with two Hispanic males and two Black American women.
When I checked my order, I noticed there was no sauce included. I asked for some, but was shocked by the response I received (please see the attached picture). I returned to the counter to follow up, but was told there was no sauce available.
Unfortunately, the issue didn’t end there. When my family began eating, we discovered that out of the three $5 Meal Deal orders, only two McDouble burgers were included.

I ordered through the app and my burger bun was pretty stale, the wonderful female evening manager immediately remade my meal and added an extra cheeseburger. The service here is top notch, and the crew is fast and accurate. This is the first mistake I’ve had here in over 3 years of eating at this location.

Very nice building and atmosphere but the value for the food is ridiculous. The “meal deal” I bought here today looked like it came from a miniature Barbie playhouse toy set. Like five bites and it’s gone. I get that inflation and shrinkflation have been terrible thanks to our idiot politicians’ reckless decisions, but I’d have to eat 3 of these miniature “meals” to even remotely feel satisfied.

I have to say the staff at The Greenway 32nd Street McDonald's morning shift is the most respectful upbeat staff that I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. When I visit the restaurant they greet me with a smile tell me it's an amazing day and ask me how I'm doing, and I think they really mean it. I just want to tell them how nice it is to experience that. Keep up the good work

Honestly the service here (I usually come later at night) is always really good, the lobby stays open til like 11pm which is nice too.
The people are friendly despite usually always being slammed, the food comes out fast and it doesn't look like it was made in a rush (which yes, I know that can happen sometimes and that's okay)
The chicken comes out with the smell of burnt oil, then you order a hamburger, just the hamburger with bread.

The food was excellent, the service basic as in all McDonald's now, the atmosphere modern, a little dirty and they do not have a machine to refill drinks on hand, you have to go to the counter to do so
