This place used a trick, i come here after picking up daughter from school. We ordered Red Slushie , that is Frozen Hawaiian Punch, this is the 5th time, They took order, then next window took payment, Then finally they said sorry we don't have it today. They know when poeple in rush will just leave in rimush, today i confronted them.
They are so scared they gave me a large Frozen Hawaiian Punch.

People often don’t understand how difficult it is to perform at a high level in a customer service capacity. I’ve done it for decades and it takes a toll. I was talking with a woman here named Jackie, who was giving 110% to each customer and I was shocked to learn that she not only was performing at an elite level re: customer service with every person, but she also just had a baby a week ago and she is already back in the grind!!! This restaurant is exceptionally clean as well… I would venture to say it’s the most clean McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life… As I sit waiting for my meal, I can literally see that the spotless table that I’m sitting at was just recently wiped down- this NOT how most McDonald’s locations are… I sure hope you guys are taking amazing care of Jackie, because if you don’t, I very well might try to steal her so that she can run my business… She is one heck of an ambassador and is certainly cut above any regular employee anywhere… McDonald’s mgmt you have a district or area manager here… Jackie you have an exceptional/rare way about you… You would do very good in real estate or other presumably far more lucrative endeavors… Keep it up and don’t let the world get you down… That attitude will carry you very far in life as long as you have the right vehicle-thank you for the incredible / noteworthy service.. McDonald’s upper management, send in an undercover customer and have them interact with this woman when she is unaware that she is being watched… You’ll see what I mean. By the way I asked Jacqui to tell me what kind of review would help her the most and then I left this review, she did not ask me to do anything like this for her- it was my idea- thanks for reading and for hopefully giving Jackie a raise

Jorge the manager and the woman behind the counter are very rude. I will never go back to this McDonald’s. They should be fired. I asked for the owners information and he said make sure you tell him my name is Jorge when you call.

Its a mcdonalds, once I did order inside, and someone stole my meal before I noticed, they did compensate me. I now only order through drive through

Missing Items and Poor Service – Order on 06/08/2025 at 7 PM
I ordered three $5 Meal Deals and one 4-piece McCrispy Chicken on June 8, 2025, at around 7 PM. The crew on duty included a young man, along with two Hispanic males and two Black American women.
When I checked my order, I noticed there was no sauce included. I asked for some, but was shocked by the response I received (please see the attached picture). I returned to the counter to follow up, but was told there was no sauce available.
Unfortunately, the issue didn’t end there. When my family began eating, we discovered that out of the three $5 Meal Deal orders, only two McDouble burgers were included.

I ordered through the app and my burger bun was pretty stale, the wonderful female evening manager immediately remade my meal and added an extra cheeseburger. The service here is top notch, and the crew is fast and accurate. This is the first mistake I’ve had here in over 3 years of eating at this location.

Very nice building and atmosphere but the value for the food is ridiculous. The “meal deal” I bought here today looked like it came from a miniature Barbie playhouse toy set. Like five bites and it’s gone. I get that inflation and shrinkflation have been terrible thanks to our idiot politicians’ reckless decisions, but I’d have to eat 3 of these miniature “meals” to even remotely feel satisfied.
