Three times in a row they forget food...and trying to get someone to call you back about it you have to go through corporate to get a response. I need to see what other McDonald's is near here I'm out money and they could care less.. CHECK YOUR BAGS!!!! Luis is the name of the manager here he takes everything personally and has an extremely bad attitude acts almost as if he's the owner cause he treats customers like the age of most of his staff which is mainly kids. I'll be calling corporate to ask if this is the owner cause this franchise location won't survive with him as any sort of "lead".I will not be going here anymore. After speaking to my neighbors I found out he's the reason they don't go there either they drive to the location down Bell because of this manager.

I love coming here. Been coming here for two years because of the efficiency and service is fast and polite. Now I come in and eat in the dinning area and highly pleased with the atmosphere. Really fun updated decore and I love I can meet people from all walks. I meet ho.eless people and families with kids spending time in the play area. This is an amazing place. I am happy to see the staff accept everyone here and allows a fun happy atmosphere to have a good meal. Great jobMcDonalds on east Greenway!

I go here sometimes because it's closest to my house, but every time I go, their service is the worst! Even though I made a mobile order and informed them that the car had arrived to pick it up, they didn't come for over 30 minutes, so when I went into the store, I saw the employees chatting. I can't list all of their terrible service here. Honestly, not even a single star is worth it to them.

For 1 kids meal 2 drink and a large fry it took almost 30 minutes and it wasn't busy. Tables were all dirty. There more focused on drive thru then their lobby. Homeless present and sleeping at tables.
