I don't understand what I need to do or say to get fresh fries. I came at the start of lunch thinking that I could get a correct and hot order. They purposely put ketchup, mustard, and pickles on my PLAIN burger. Last order they ruined my coffee and management emailed me but I never got any sort of replacement or even solution to this ongoing problem. It's not a hard job and reading is very easy. All I can do is update my review on how they continue to ruin the things I PAY FOR. UPDATE: The chicken nugget is powdery inside. I had to spit it out. This is honestly disgusting.

Look, I've been coming to this particular location for years. The coffee prices have hiked up so much that it isn't worth going any longer. Not only that, the prices have changed significantly compared to other locations. Franchise or not, the cost is nuts. Not worth the visit. Spend over 2 bucks for a single coffee? Or drive .2 miles to frys and get a weeks worth of coffee for 5 bucks? No brainer there...

Whoever the manager on shift was on December 12th @5:30pm needs to tone it down with employees! Someone forgot to give me part of my order and i happily went back to ask for it and the manager started YELLING at the kid on the drive thru. He looks new and can tell he was super nervous and embarrassed! Shame on her. I’m not even exaggerating when I say she was yelling and being disrespectful towards the other employees. Wouldn’t go back ever if she’s there!

The nicest sweetest staff. I’m collecting the Disney toys right now and by far the young guys working in the evening are the nicest and most patient of all the staff I’ve encounter today at 4 different McD in phx today.

I attempted to go thru the drive through earlier this week to grab breakfast on the way to work. There were 2 lines of vehicles zipper merging together approaching the ordering screen. I was 2 cars away from the order screen and some random man who claimed to be a McDonald's worker approached my vehicle and told me I needed to get out of the line and that he had already taken orders for all the others in line. If McDonald's doesn't want my business thats fine but there was no need to be so rude and racist. I asked the workers name. He said Diego. Both Diego and whomever was managing him that day need to be removed from their positions. They have no sense of service or how to treat paying customers.

Love going there employees they are ok sometimes are friendly or quite. Only what bothers me is how the manager treat the employees, couple time I have went the way she yells and talk to them dont like if they are her kids. (Older lady)

Food is good and all but recently the last month or two. From 4 vists. When you order the big mac there's 4 or more TBSPs of the mac sauce in it. And when you bite into it, it all comes out. And it just tastes just like sauce and a smidge of meat.
Please, please, please, please, please quit putting so much sauce on the burger. And this is the only place out of the other McDonald's I've been too with a TON of sauce on. So please cut it 1/4 of the sauce. Or whoever is putting the sauces on them put somewhere else.
