Whoever the manager on shift was on December 12th @5:30pm needs to tone it down with employees! Someone forgot to give me part of my order and i happily went back to ask for it and the manager started YELLING at the kid on the drive thru. He looks new and can tell he was super nervous and embarrassed! Shame on her. I’m not even exaggerating when I say she was yelling and being disrespectful towards the other employees. Wouldn’t go back ever if she’s there!

The nicest sweetest staff. I’m collecting the Disney toys right now and by far the young guys working in the evening are the nicest and most patient of all the staff I’ve encounter today at 4 different McD in phx today.

I have been going here since I was a little boy and this McDonald's always serves fast , fresh and friendly service. Happy Turkey day. Btw cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen keep at it crew. 👌
