Went inside and ordered 2 large cokes. Nothing else. Waited for 10 minutes and saw our order disappeared from the screen in the front and the order screen in the kitchen. Multiple people started coming into the lobby and not a single person was acknowledged. Staff kept walking past and not greeting or assisting a single person. Eventually the lobby filled up with angry people and an employee came over and asked what we need help with. I told her I ordered 2 drinks over 10 minutes ago and still haven’t gotten them. She turned around and grabbed the two drinks from behind the wall separating the lobby and kitchen. The drinks were already made multiple minutes ago but no one thought to set them out on the counter for us to grab and go, instead they left them hidden in the employee area out of sight and marked the order as completed 🤦♀️ Wasted so much time waiting on two simple drinks, no apology either

Ordered at the kiosk. Followed directions to use a table tent and food will be delivered to my table. Food was never delivered. Restaurant is hot. Food is sloppy. People yelling behind the counter.

Went to the drive through and waited 20 minutes. Ordered a sandwich with extra pickles and they gave me exactly 3 pickles on my sandwich. Ordered a sweet tea half cut and they gave me an unsweetened tea. Tried to call to ask for a remake and no one answered the phone. Terrible experience.

The food is always hot anf fresh. I order ahead on my McDonalds app and pick my order up curbside, they are really fast. The Mcdonald app, you earn, and can use your reward points for free food, its great. When the drive-thru is really busy, I just order ahead, and pick up curbside, Lots of times its quick. Enjoy!😋
Took 35 minutes for a small order. Food was cold, items were missing, lettuce was rotting, wrong drinks, no attention to customer they leave the front counter empty for more than 10 minutes while you wait for anything. They were just singing and ignoring you

It was great. I was having a hard day and it was hoy outside and I was so glad to get inside to feel how nice it was inside the place and how kuxh they care about who comes though there. Everything was made great and I enjoyed myself there. I will definitely be back here.

Moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago, the food, customer service, has improved so much. I only use the drive thru and everyone from window 1 to window 2 are absolutely wonderful. Can’t leave out the the guys in the back making the food, I am a complicated eater. My order is always correct and it’s great with a smile. Manager is doing a great job with these amazing employees!
