They closed the store early so every dasher Uber eats sent wasn’t able to retrieve my order and they never answer the phone and they’ve done this several times. This location really needs some employee inventory done

This location has to have the worst customer service and wait time. I went through the drive up today at 2:30 PM I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to take my order. I got to the window and I waited another five minutes from the first window to the pickup window to get a simple order. Which was a coffee with espresso. I got to the second window and was told that the espresso machine was down. I explained to the person who I believe was one of the managers that it is unacceptable to have to wait over ten minutes to receive an order and be waiting that long at a fast food place.And that for vehicles in front of us, with large orders, they should go and park to the side until their order is ready.Poor customer service.

You always get dinner and a show whenever you go to this McDonald's. But the staff and the food is amazing and the show is really good especially facing the bus stop

I just stopped here for an Uber driver break and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly and nice the staff was. It's family owned as well. My nuggets came out hot and fresh within a minute.

Extremely long and unprofessional wait time after I parked and went inside. Although I was the one customer in line upon my arrival, I spent 10+ minutes waiting before I was able to place my order: 2 LARGE COKES!
There is no justifiable reason for such a long wait time, especially when I'm there to order 2 drinks.
