Horrible experience, they jammed a huge piece of ice in my iced coffee cup and split the cup spilling coffee all over me and the truck. That employee then gave me a ration of noise like it was my fault. Absolutely awful service and employee should be reprimanded!!!

Actually the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are actually incompetent when it comes to handling both drive thru orders and mobile/in store orders. I placed a mobile order at 7:58 PM and did it for curbside until me and my boyfriend got impatient after waiting for 15+ minutes when it said 2-5 minutes. We end up going inside and there’s around 7 people in the lobby also waiting to be helped/pick up their orders and when we’re finally helped the employee just walked back to the kitchen area and looked up at the screen with all the orders on it as we can literally see our food and drink sitting on the counter next to him. My drink proceeded to melt halfway by the time I got my food which was at 8:34 PM. (I did order the drink separately, but I told the employee that I ordered that as well) So after getting our food, we just left without the drink because it was pointless to stand there and wait for an employee to gain a few brain cells and piece together simple concepts. Keep in mind every single other person in the lobby was also upset due to the complete lack of service efficiency.

I went there to get some lunch as I was hungry and mcdonalds is close convenient and cheap I ordered sum nuggets and frys food I'd say requires some sauce most of the time I asked for Buffalo and ranch but instead I just got like 1 Buffalo and a bunch of ketchup when I asked for more sauce the manager proceeded to yell at me and get hostile when I asked for more sauce saying he knows enough sauce was put in there I wasn't even mad or rude I just politely asked for more and that's what happened it was rude and scary definitely won't be going back wanted to call corporate but it's a mcdonalds manager so I don't care that much but thought I'd leave a review and let everyone know

The female Mexican manager was one of the utmost disrespectful McDonald's employee that I have ever come across!! She personally made a mistake of leaving out part of our order and did not want to correct it. The job she had is to take orders, give orders and/or make sure the orders are COMPLETE!!! She was too busy on her damn phone getting on other employees for her mistakes. She knew that she had left out part of the order because she said that she did not expect us to come back. 5 miles for a family treat only to travel back a second time to get our left out food. She's irresponsible and VERY INCONSIDERATE!!! At the time we returned, there were TWO separate families there to have them correct their order. McDonald's is really slacking on employees that they hire!!!
