Do not go to this McDonald's gave it three stars to be kind the people currently working at this time 3:30 pm do not care about you're order they mix the high C orange with their fanta and think nobody will notice they refuse to give straws for drinks and if you request a certain toy for a kids meal do not click on the Pokémon option they are false advertising it is no longer available and if it is they are purposely putting in their dollar store made dragon that once again is false advertising because it says it's a plush but it's a hard toy but the plastic is soft enough where any child can bite in break it and swallow it

For the environment I will say that they do stay clean. They can't make your order right half the time and it be simple things like adding pickles. So that's the cook for you. They always tell you to park for fries l, we know they gunna be cold. Like I'm gunna start checking you at the window cuz why waste my time. Seriously people sit there and n check that your sauces aren't all the same thing that you didn't even ask for. Yeah we order here like we being lazy n don't wanna drive the extra mile for actual service. N they make more than I did staring at alot of my jobs, recently. Think I won't walk in and replace management.. get your team on point. Check there checks cuz you not checking. Shame.. it's the little things. Take two damn seconds. Some one actually care about the customers. I know it's stressful. We can only complain about how long it takes. But get them right. N fresh. Work n stop hurrying up to weight. The day will go by faster. Your gunna feel more fulfilled. N it's bragging rights n your next interview.

Their black coffee has nothing to fear against any other major competitors. I have been there many times just after 6 am and it takes on average 9 to 11 minutes just a black coffee.

1/23/25 5:25pm These mcdonald employees are terrible. They got my order wrong so i had to get down and wait at the cashier when no one was even in there. The drive thru wasnt busy. The colored hair girl seen me and ignored me and the young boy with the sweater with an image on it. Waited for like 5 mins.

They take a long and still get your order wrong. They make you park off to the side and wait, even if you ordered on the app, and they still forget something on your order, or just flat-out get wrong. Not only that, there are junkies pan handling in the drive thru lane. DO NOT stop here, you're not going to get your money's worth! Pass us up this dump!
Edit they are still horrible with customer service they don’t care if they mess your order up and do not make it right the are rude and don’t care about there job management is horrible and do not care either they also always seem to have there machines broken or they are out of frappes or ice cream and many other things do to their lack of care in ordering the right amount or more they also refused to refund me my money when I ordered a frappe and they didn’t have it so I wanted a refund but they rufused and gave me something that was far cheaper basically stealing money from me this place needs new management and employees it’s by far one of the worst McDonald’s ever do not recommend coming here even the employees say management sucks and do not care this place is a dump and a scam

Very rude and argumentative and do not care to try and help or make your experience good and they always mess your order up and they are always out of items and they beyond slow and not a friendly atmosphere at all this place need some corporate people to come in and make things better it’s crazy how bad it is and when they mess up they show no care for it at all

I when to this morning order some coffee and ask for black ladies for 4 cream and 10 sugar she was rumor to me she hand my cold coffee don't what I ask for I ask for hot coffee and a bag with cream and sugar she said do yourself what kind customers service is that I don't what kind people work at McDonald's but in morning time they rumor and unprofessional any other McDonald's i go will put in your coffee for you and you coffee will hot and nice about it but don't this one maybe this location where it is but they still learn be professional when do they work and when ask for hot coffee they want hot coffee don't cold coffee

The worst experience, I was waiting at the counter for more than 18 minutes for my food, I was the only person in there and they were just laughing and talking, they delivered some other order in the drive thru, when I complained about the entire wait time she just told me let me see your ticket to see what your order is, by the way order number 740, she took the ticket from me and gave me my food. The worst people working there, I wish the owner had cameras and watched them.
