My friend said it was THE most greasy burger she had ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. I would agree the burger was extremly greasy. Like made my lips greasy, made my forehead greasy, and I only ate it for the mustard and the pickles. Drive threw has two separate lines, I parked and went inside because there was a total of like 20 cars in the drive threw lines. Inside i had to use a huge touch screen monitor to place my order that lagged a lot. The monitor screen printed my receipt and then I had to walk to register to pay. Bathrooms have locks on them, making you have to wait for an employee to use a remote to open them. I mean my entire experience was greasy and gross. Circle K is across the street. Subway is kiddie corner. Copper State Recycling is extremly close. Right off the I17. I do not plan on returning. I paid total of $7 or $8. I got three double cheeseburgers and a mkchicken.

One of the most unwilling McDonalds to check what number toy they have for the happy meal. Why run a nationwide campaign to draw customers in with Disney toys when you are going to turn them off by your attitude and making customers feel like a hassle trying to collect these toys. It takes like 30 sec to check the back of the box to know what toy you have. I’ve driven past multiple mcd to get to ones that have the toy I need, a good way to lose business

Came super late but my food was fresh. The drive thru girl was genuinely kind. She and I joked about both being named Heather. She took the moment to really connect and even made my son, who hates everyone smile.

I went through drive thru around 2pm on November 22, 2025. They gave me my soda and had me park for food. However it was taking a long time and I noticed other customers were getting food before me even though they were behind me. I had to get to my job so I went in and asked for a refund and why. I also said I need to pay for the soda of course. Not only did they apologize, refund me no questions asked. They also gave me the food. Evidently the burgers took longer for some reason. I wanted to say thank you so much for the great customer service. I will be back. 😀I know customer service can be tough so I wanted to give appreciation.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. EVERY time I’m told to park and wait an additional 10 mins no matter what I order. Yesterday was just a smoothie and frappe and I was told the same thing with one car ahead of me and none behind. This has been happening for months now with everyone else pulling over to wait as well. One of the managers that works nights is also extremely rude. I forgot to order a drink with my mobile order after waiting in the drive thru line for an entire 20 mins so I tried to order one at the window before I paid which I’ve done before, she told me no and to drive around and wait in line again. Lastly, I went one night around 11:45pm right before breakfast technically started at 12am and was told I couldn’t order for 10-15 more minutes (even tho I already did a mobile order and they cancelled it) because they didn’t want to do anymore dinner because they were prepping for breakfast but I couldn’t order breakfast yet either because of the time and wouldn’t have to park and wait to order.

When we came to this McDonald’s we paid for our order of two frozen cokes and a Dr Pepper. When we went to the second window, they said that the coke machine was broken, so we asked for a refund. The employee went and then we they came back they had two frozen cokes. It’s very weird to say that it’s broken and then all of a sudden have the drinks.

Rude dude always serves disgusting old food. Never fresh. I have to drive all the way acrosse town to get a decent burger at other McDonald's locations. Really inconvenient because I live so close to this location. I wish someone would clean this place up and make it more welcoming again!
