Ordered breakfast, $7 and change - was charged $26.15, no receipt. Managers response “well sometimes that happens”. Said to bring receipt… didn’t get one. Took 5 calls to get anyone to answer after being hung up on after several rings.

Great spot for coffee, but that's about it. Not going to lie, I'm there daily and the staff is amazing. The thing is is that I constantly get parked for legitimately no reason. I ordered a cheese burger, one burger, a single solitary cheese burger, at 1pm today and got parked. For a cheese burger at a fast food restaurant that specializes in making cheese burgers. The thing is is that a cheese burger is not enough for me to wait around for, so I just drive away pissed and missing a snack. Lesson here is that this location is for coffee only.

Ordered a Oreo shamrock McFlurry and they handed me a cup with the soft serve, shamrock syrup, and Oreo. Like it was a parfait ? when I said I wanted to use the coupon on the app, the lady at the window told me it was only 7.50 for my whole order, as if it wasn’t even that much money (also got a 4pc nugget a la carte). It definitely feels like it cost a lot more when you don’t get your food the way it’s advertised.
It's a shame that they have a schedule at the door and they don't respect it because they open an hour later, that is, an hour late.

Worst run McDonalds in the valley. They'll not be busy at all, but for whatever reason, you have to pull your car somewhere else and wait for 2 basic burgers. Then, someone brings it out on foot 20 seconds later. What sense does this make?! And you Re-Ts think you deserve $25hr?! Half the time(probably more though) y'all can't even make the order correctly! Save yourself aggravation and go to the one on Union Hills and 7th Ave.
