First, if you're a fan of Mickey D's then you know the food is good but for some reason when I order any of the chicken wraps from any location that I frequent, the chicken tender is always so skimpy. Snack wrap vs Snack wrap I got to say J.I.Box is reigning supreme because I always get a nice fat and juicy tender in my wraps. McDonald's please do better and please fix the ice cream machine at the store on 75th avenue and Lower Buckeye Rd in Phoenix, AZ 85043.

Every time I go to this location and use the kiosk to place my order it either doesn't print a receipt or it's blank. This happened again yesterday. When I got home half my order was missing. I attempted to call and no answer.I should know better than to leave without double checking. Horrible location.

When this location 1st opened it was really good, but lately everything has been going down hill. The past few trips through the drive through we got ice cold fries, syrupy sodas and sloppy thrown together burgers. The quality of the food is not living up to the constant hike in prices. Going inside the AC was either off or broken in the play area so my kids were sweating after 5-10 minutes of play. Not a single employee I've encountered seems at all like they want to be there. The 1 handing out the food NEVER speaks and the 1 taking payment verifies the order and thats all thats said. I know this newer generation entering the work force are all introverted, but they need to work on basic public interactions if they get a job that interacts with people.
