There should be no reason I wait over 20 minutes for McMuffin dine in orders are just as important as online orders

This location has a problem with accuracy, timely service and flavor. Order always wrong. Food sub par. Portions (ie 🍟) jip every time.

Policy on company website says you can buy toys without the happy meal. Kid at counter said you can only buy the happy meal to get the toys. Then told me you can't buy multiple happy meals with different toys... tell me you don't want to do your job without telling me you don't want to do you job. Especially when you said you have all different toys.

For the last 5 times of being there to order food. I always type in the notes to show them what I want to order, because I am deaf. That is how we communicate with the cashiers, drive-thrus, and many more. Unfortunately, they kept not reading my notes very carefully. They kept adding some meals that I never ordered or asked for. One time they overcharged me almost 20 bucks on one small meal. Today, I never order the nuggets. They added it to my order list and got me paid for it. I never have a chance to view the order list before purchase. Drive-thrus for deaf customers are unfriendly because we are not able to view the order list before purchase. This could have been improved. Instead of having me to pay the orders without viewing the order list until the last window to get my food then view the receipt. Then build up more hassles because some of them are not familiar with how to engage with deaf customers.

Literally workers walking around not working all busy some guy just walked to the back to tell them cause they weren’t listening to him and the person in drive thur had to assist him like how is that normal

The drive-through the Automatic system ask you questions and they aren’t ready. It should say please wait a moment. Also they ask for your Oder and don’t listen to you having you repeat when they should just say hold on. The bonus they put you on hold for a small order and take the other car that got there while you were waiting & they have a $50 order so you wait even longer 🥴

If I can do no stars I would horrible customer service. The girls look very young they were just laughing having conversations and the manager wouldn’t tell them nothing they said no coffee in my understanding coffee is serve all day. Fries were super soggy I asked for ketchup the girl had a bad attitude I asked for names no one wanted to give out there names
