The drive-through the Automatic system ask you questions and they aren’t ready. It should say please wait a moment. Also they ask for your Oder and don’t listen to you having you repeat when they should just say hold on. The bonus they put you on hold for a small order and take the other car that got there while you were waiting & they have a $50 order so you wait even longer 🥴
This is the first McDonalds I’ve gone into in a long time, they don’t have a soda machine in the lobby which is kinda weird, but the “front” counter person was really nice and attentive. I understand the push to go digital so i understand that they are not at the front register rather taking orders to the cars and tables. The lobby and play area were nice and clean, they had a cleaning lady out the entire time we were here. The food was hot and we got what we ordered,...
Clean store and very kind people. I even got a compliment on my outfit!! Me and Brasen had a pleasant conversation. I would recommend this store for its outstanding performance and diligence on good customer satisfaction.
