Saw a employee accidentally drop a chicken patty on the floor then proceeded to pick it up and throw it on the fryers. ( I'm not sure if he served that chicken to someone) The place was very dirty especially at the soda machine. The employees can sometimes ignore you when you have a mobile order.

Arrogant workers. I have not seen anyone smiling or welcoming the customer. It is still too early for psychological and physical exhaustion. They do not listen or care about the customer. The worst I have seen in America in 16 years. Everyone, even the one in charge of the workers. Most of them are not Americans.

Overall this McDonald's is the worst. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you hate yourself. I ordered big Mac deal with 2 fries, 20 piece chicken nuggets. 4 plain cheese burger, hot and spicy 2 drinks and 2 large fries with 2 pies. About 10-20 min I got my order and they forgot the big macs and the 4 plain cheese burgers. Instead they gave me 2 quarter pounders. This o e guy came over and took the quarter punder and I thought he was gonna give me the big macs and cheese burgers right away but it took another 10-20 min. While waiting there was about 6 people waiting for thier foods to be ready. Customer wanted to know what was going on and they were being ignored. By the time I got my food and sat to eat all my food was cold. I will not be coming back here. I'll go to bk next door.

A bag fell on the floor a manager picked it up with his foot and didn’t change his gloves and continued making burgers how nasty the floor wasn’t even swept.

I came to this location on 1/10/25 at 4:00 am considering last time I had check this location was open 24hr although when I pulled up they refused to take an order for the car in front of us and ourselves stating that they won’t take order till 4:30 when we had asked that weren’t they open 24hr we were told no so if that were true please delete your posted time stamps with false advertising!
