Absolutely Terrble. First give me a attitude that you didn't receive my online order but sure as hell took my money. Then made the food just to get back and find out there's two items missing and the coffee wasn't what my guest had asked for. Waste of money for the first time and gave a bad attitude, I work at jack in the box I've never treated anyone like this and I've had people spit at me. These kids need to be fired period. They need their parents to research them how to teach others.
Be ready to wait 15 to 30 minutes and get an attitude from the managers when you ask for your food. Poor people skill, management, and customer service skills from this location. By far, it's one of the worst ones I have been at. No consideration people time. I'm trying to understand how an order placed at 7:15am in the drive thru for 1 egg mcmuffin, 1 hash browns & 1 sweet tea has made me late for work. I sat in the drive thru at the 2nd pick up window for almost 20 minutes. To top it off the hash brown was cold. I just didn't have time to turn around after I pulled out of the lot. So much for fast food.

This is one of the worst McDonalds locations you can go to. Save your money and go somewhere else. They constantly mess up your order, they don't have a clue on what's going on and when THEY mess up they act like it's your fault. I had several items incorrect and my drinks were all halfway when I received. When I asked the worker to fill the smoothies to the brim (I paid for a large) he stated "that's how they come". If i had wanted to order a small then I would've. After waiting 25+ minutes for TWO drinks, they were made wrong and I asked if they could be remade and the worker stated it would be an additional 20 minutes. Workers wash hands and the inside is disgusting as well. This place needs to be looked into.

I would give zero stars the manager seems like she don’t like her job. When given an apple pie it was hard and dried out to where my teeth hurt. My husband asked for another one she told him to check it with a very nasty attitude… I’m confused when they are the ones who heat them up for customers ?
