Stopped in while travelling on business - excellent pizza. Crust was not tough or over done, sauce was seasoned perfectly. Excellent beer selection. Service was friendly and attentive. Will return on my next trip to PHX.

Simon is amazing! The kitchen made my order wrong twice and he caught it each time. A host brought out my order the 2nd time and it was still wrong and Simon caught it and said something before I could say a word about it. He was super on top of everything, super friendly, and I felt very taken care of and I appreciated it so much! Side note: pizza here is great but pass on the bruschetta- the bread was soggy and just tasted like wet tomatoes on bread.

Ordered and prepaid online and then drove over to the restaurant, arriving 10 minutes before the app said my food, a pizza and a salad, would be ready. I checked in at the host stand by giving my name and said I knew I was about 10 minutes early and that I’d wait in the bar. While I was enjoying my beer the app updated from a time range to a time certain my food would be ready. While I was still in the bar the women who sat down after me were served their wings course. I settled my tab and headed back to the front 2 minutes after the posted time. Long story short, I waited another +20 minutes, spoke briefly to the manager who was on the line making pizzas. She didn’t offer her name or an apology but said she’d get me a card. It was actually 2 cards with a $5 discount on each. The pizza and salad were $30, they were both made wrong, and all I wanted at the end was someone to take ownership and apologize. Instead I got a grunted here’s your food. And did I mention it was wrong? Obviously they have staffing and training issues. I’ll be avoiding them and you should too.

First time here. When I walked in took a while to get greeted. It wasn't that busy at all. Was told I wasn’t allowed to get a high chair for my first baby. Who won’t allow a baby a high chair so they can eat? The waiter was kinda rude. Seemed too much in a rush to take our order and leave. No greeting from the waiter. The food was ok. Burger was a little dry. Most likely won’t be back.

Im leaving a 3 star review and let me explain why. The service was great. The food was great. All in all had a great time. Here is where I have a problem. I gave the waiter cash and my card. Said here is cash and my card paying 40 in cash and put the rest on my card. Now this is part my fault for not looking at the receipt. But he kept the cash. And charged the whole bill on my card. And we left 25 dollars on the table for a tip. So the waiter ended up with a 65 dollar tip. Again my fault to for not looking at the receipt but I assumed he did what I asked. My loss. His gain.

Unbearably loud and ridiculous pacing! They added seating but haven’t seemed to take any measures to dampen the noise… from checking in at the terrible hostess stand (what’s with the car facade creating unnecessary distance and the worst barrier to communicating with a person??) to having to shout when ordering at a four top. Waited 40 minutes for a table (2 people), another 10 for a server, drinks were decent timing and then 35/40 minutes later our pizzas arrived before the appetizer we had ordered with drinks… seemingly not the server’s fault, but they clearly need to work on their processes.
