First of all the manager Joe is a great guy very professional and polite.
He really cares about the customers.
One time Joe offered to give me a gift card because I had a long wait time, but I refused it because they were short staffed at a busy time during the lunch hours on a Sunday and I didn’t mind waiting.
The food is soooo good at Mellow Mushroom that I didn’t mind the wait, the quality, service and vibe makes it totally worth waiting for.
Parking: Plenty of spots to park on the street as well as two parking garages.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Pizza didn't take too long to come. And when it did, it had a pillowy crust, doughy dough (had a whole wheat feel to it but was delicious), and flavorful toppings. A large had 8 slices and between 2 ppl we had leftovers, was very filling. We opted to get the steakhouse pizza with spicy ranch dipping sauce. 10/10 recommend to try out if you haven't already

Such a sad experience. Called in an order for pick up and was told one hour 15 to one hour and a half wait. So I come in at the 1.5 hour mark to an empty restaurant and a bunch of flustered waiters running around trying to figure out take out orders. Another 15 minutes later I ask again to blank stares. Finally someone actually looks and sees my order sitting right there as it had been for who knows how long.
So in the end we got barely luke warm pizzas with the crust already hardening and no apology in sight.
We live near by and were planning to come back if it was good, but this experience definitely ruined it. We'll go to a different location.

It used to be better. Now, there are always fruit flies buzzing around, which means the place is filthy. The pizza and cookies are great. The service is lacking. The last couple of times I went there, I sat myself as the sign suggested and waited for several minutes without being greeted before I left.

Went here on a Groupon. The place is decorated cool. But the pizza was chewy and the cheese was rubbery. My husband said it tasted a step above Barons pizza.

The guy at the bar served us and was an amazing host and sharing his favorite food items since we were out of town. Went with the wings and custom pizza

I was expecting a better pizza than what I received. It was good enough, but I ordered two pizzas, one of which was supposed to be thin crust. Both had the same crust and were indistinguishable. I was hoping for a lighter crust on the thin crust but it was no different than the regular. I prefer a more savory sauce but this pizza doesn't go that way and I don't fault it for it's choices, just my opreference. My food assessment is due to the fact that the thin crust and regular were the same and it's not a place that compels a return visit. Plenty of good Pizza around but this place isn't worth the drive. If you live nearby, it'll serve.

My son's favorite place to enjoy pizza and on his recommendation we were happy to give them a try. They have a really creative decor filled with art and musical instruments you might even say the mushroom decor is magic! Pun intended, but seriously, their stone-baked pizzas are delicious, and they are celebrating their 50th year menu anniversary . They also have a great selection of craft beers, happy hour, and lunch specials. We tried a couple of the local to your mellow specials. We split a Bacon Blue Wedge salad $9.19 and a large Loaded Potato Pizza $31.79 topped with roasted red potatoes applewood-smoked bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Finished with chives and a drizzle of sour cream and spicy ranch dressing. It really was an impressive pizza. We can't wait to go back and try some of their mellow munchies, or perhaps a Hoagie they look really good. If pizza is your passion, this is the place.
