Build Your Own Pizza
Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

One time Joe offered to give me a gift card because I had a long wait time, but I refused it because they were short staffed at a busy time during the lunch hours on a Sunday and I didn’t mind waiting.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Pizza didn't take too long to come. And when it did, it had a pillowy crust, doughy dough (had a whole wheat feel to it but was delicious), and flavorful toppings. A large had 8 slices and between 2 ppl we had leftovers, was very filling. We opted to get the steakhouse pizza with spicy ranch dipping sauce. 10/10 recommend to try out if you haven't already

My son's favorite place to enjoy pizza and on his recommendation we were happy to give them a try.They have a really creative decor filled with art and musical instruments you might even say the mushroom decor is magic! Pun intended, but seriously, their stone-baked pizzas are delicious, and they are celebrating their 50th year menu anniversary . They also have a great selection of craft beers, happy hour, and lunch specials. We tried a couple of the local to your mellow...
