I found several of these in my menudo uncooked. There is no real flavor at all to the menudo. I ordered ot with maíz aka hominy a $3 upcharge. Tbh its best t9 go eat at Rositas place on McFowell. The plates are a good size for the right price. This olace is over hyped. Not worth it. The service is really bad. We were never checked up on by our server at all sin e we ordered. All she brought was our drinks and that's it. I was table 1 and the initail D served me. Yea save yourself a trip and some money. Too greasy with no flavor. I apid $40.40 for 1 medium menudo and 1 plate of chorizo with rice and beans and 3 drinks. Make it at home.

I love this place.I've already taken family members and friends with me.The menudo is excellent.The service is excellent.However, this last Saturday the person who waited on us asked me three different times what I wanted. And again clarified a few more times. I got the green chicken enchiladas and shared half with my frie. I didn't eay all my half because the few bites that I took had pieces of chicken ligaments or nerves lol I don't know what they arre. The beans we're great as usual but they had a big black hard been in it, almost like a rock that I bit into. I know nothing is perfect. No one is perfect. This place has always been amazing and it's the first time that I receive this kind of service.

We recently discovered Menuderia Guanajuato, and it has quickly become one of our new favorite spots. From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was going to be a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. It feels like the kind of place that takes pride in both their food and their service.
The highlight, of course, is the menudo. It is absolutely delicious rich in flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. Each bite was hearty and comforting, the kind of meal that makes you want to come back again and again. For anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican food, this menudo alone is worth the visit.
Another big plus was the service. The waitresses and hostess were all great at their jobs, offering friendly and attentive customer service without ever feeling rushed. Even though we expected an average wait time of about 20–30 minutes, we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in under 10 minutes. Not long after that, our food came out quickly and piping hot, which made the experience even better.
If there was one small thing to improve, it would be the drinks. I do wish they had fountain drinks available, as it would add to the overall dining experience. That said, the quality of the menudo more than makes up for it, and it’s hard to dwell on something so minor when the food is this good.
Overall, Menuderia Guanajuato has left a fantastic impression on us. The combination of amazing menudo, excellent service, and quick turnaround times makes it a spot we will definitely be returning to. We’re excited to have found this place and are already looking forward to our next visit.
