Love the place
Stopped by on 10/19 after 1:30 pm and all the doors were locked even though the lights were on inside. There were no signs indicating that the location was closed & mobile ordering is still on for this location. There needs to be a sign and updated information if this location is closed down & if the hours changed .
Closed ???
Hours are incorrect. Google maps and hours on the door state it opens at 12 but I brought my kids shortly before 1pm and there was no sign of anyone inside. I recommend Teana a few miles away for boba and lunch.
I've been here 3 times. My favorite drink is Mega Fruit Tea, it's cold and has a special Taiwanese tea smell, very fragrant...you can add ice to have another cup because it's very strong....I think so. I'll try all the rest....
I'm very particular about my milk tea because so many places you only taste the milk, very plain. I'm in love with their classic milk tea, less ice 75% sweetness just perfect for me. My sister loves her brown boba milk as well.

My favorite Boba place in Phoenix. I always get the Brown Sugar Latte and its great. Workers are kind and the place is cute. Thank you!
I went to try the boba today with my sister and my cousin. It was good but the girl attending us was honestly pretty rude. I told her that it was our first time here and that we just needed a second to look at the menu and she just walked away didn’t even acknowledge us and almost looked annoyed. Once we got our drinks we said thank you and smiled but she just ignored us again. Even my sister tried to say thank you when we were leaving and again no response. The place is pretty cute and the drinks were good but overall will not be coming back.
Cure spot for boba drinks

Delicious dessert
I used to enjoy visiting Miss Dessert, but unfortunately, my several recent experiences have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, I’ve been informed that they’re out of boba. The same girl consistently tells me they are out, which is puzzling considering that this is something they are known for. It’s like going to a tire shop and being told they don’t have any tires.
To make matters worse, I feel that the staff’s handling of the situation with customers is inadequate. As someone who has worked in restaurant management, I believe the appropriate response would be to acknowledge they are out, apologize, and offer an alternative. If the customer is unsure, offer them a sample. However, when I inquired about the alternatives, and said I wasn’t sure if I would like them as I’ve never tried them before and I didn’t want to get stuck with a drink I didn’t like, I received a blank stare from the same employee.
It’s frustrating that them being out has become a recurring issue even when they are not even close to closing hours, and the staff’s inability to provide satisfactory alternatives is just gonna keep pushing loyal clients away.
I got the boba milk tea and loved it. Tasted like real ingredients nice people and fun inside!
We arrived at 9:00 they turned off the lights and ignored us
Always friendly customer service. Got the passion fruit tea with all the fruit and watermelon. Added mango boba and mango jelly. Brought a friend back who didn't love their Boba last time. They pick the wrong boba. This was the right boba. Turned them into a fan. Loved it. Wish they had more tea options. I'm simple. I just like a mango green tea with mango jelly and mango boba but I'll take this if that's what I can get. It's phenomenally delicious. Definitely coming back for the frozen lemonade going to add some jelly and Boba of course. Miss my boba tea from Colorado this is a real good substitution.
