Great little hidden gem. High quality, food cooked from scratch, offering chicken cooked on a spit accompanied by a variety of Peruvian sauces . The beet salad was perfection, and large enough to share— It’s obvious that the chef- owner, Justin, takes pride in serving up fresh, high-quality, authentic Peruvian food
The chicken is the best! This place needs to be packed all the time! The food is so good that next time I have to buy a whole chicken! I am hoping they have more side options the next time I go there (perhaps fried plantains?)
Quality quality quality. The sauces are super flavorful and a little goes a long way. The fries are crispy outside and fluffy inside. The chicken was wonderfully seasoned and super juicy. You can tell they buy quality chicken and not whatever cheap hormone pumped bird you can get from Sysco or US Foods. Overall a big fan and now that I know it's behind Costco, I'll be stopping in more frequently, even just for some of those fries.
