ordered takeout pizza today and initially requested broccoli as a topping, but they mistakenly added ground beef instead. I pointed out the error, and they remade the pizza. However, when I got home, I discovered that the base of the pizza was completely burnt and inedible. It seems the pizza wasn’t inspected before being packed. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Outstanding customer service cool decor and of course great pizza! I am the type that gets good to go but they are so cool and the atmosphere is friendly so I enjoy hanging out. Don't forget to tip the employees.

This place cannot get an order correct. Going in person to order is nearly as painful as the app. They recently raised prices and still give you less. Manager blames training on the new staff rather than take ownership of a problem.

I ordered a pizza to take to my son's school for his birthday lunch. Bode went above and beyond for me. I ordered online not knowing the parking lot was being redone. He called ahead to let me know that their parking lot was being worked on. He told me to call when i got there and them walked to an adjacent parking lot to get me my pizza. Absolutely fantastic service - so impressive!! I haven't been here a lot, but i will definitely rethink my normal pizza place.
