The MetroCenter location has a very personable crew and everyone is energetic. I recommend the pizza !!!! It's the BEST !!! and- it's made to order.

I recently visited this location and had a terrible experience. This wouldn’t be the first time. Took about 30 minutes to get my order in plus the wait for the pizza to cook and although they looked fully staffed, the staff seemed as if they had ZERO sense of urgency. I was also disappointed that after this wait, when I asked for extra ranch they denied it which was I was taken a back considering I have never been turned down for ranch. The ranch cups were like half full which was I had asked for extra. Bad customer service, bad wait times, and my pizza wasn’t the same quality that it usually is at other locations. There were people walking out because of the lack of service.

Had never been to this location. Have always loved Mod pizza, and this time did not disappoint. I got the Lucy Sunshine. It was delicious, sooooo many artichokes on there, yum. The two that were working the late shift very helpful, thank you so much!

Food is AMAZING. I love mod pizza. This location tho is seriously lacking customer service skills. My husband and I got the same pizza, just different sauces. When I asked which pizza was which the lady snatched the boxes out of my hand and flipped open both lids. Very sarcasticly said this one is the garlic. You can see it right there (wrong pizza). Also forgot the rest of our order.

Ordered a 1 topping 11” pizza with pepperoni. There were 8 pieces of pepperoni on it. 1 per slice. And it was delivered cold.
As most eating places run by 18 year olds; the music is so loud you cant enjoy lunch. What is up with blaring music at lunch these days.

We had a great experience with Mod Pizza. The food quality was excellent – the Calexico, Maddy, and Dillon James were all delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient, and our order was ready exactly when the app said it would be. Even though we took our food home, the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, reliable service and great food. We’ll definitely be back.
