My first experience with the MOD was AH-MAIZ-ZING!!! Pizza the way I want it! The staff were friendly and explained how it works. I loved the music that was playing and not too loudly. I'm hooked! Oh yeah and the dipping sauces were great. I recommend the chipotle ranch and pesto

Very disappointed, this is the second time I have requested the Italian chopped salad and the staff have asked me to read off what’s in the salad off the menu. Today they asked me to read it off and instead of putting the correct ingredients they were adding ham which isn’t in the salad and even packed me the wrong dressing. Which in my opinion is probably the best part of the salad. I am extremely disappointed in the staffs lack of ability to put a salad together, know the menu but to even know their differences in their ingredients! At this point I’m going to try another location because yes Mod is pretty good spot but I differently think this location is missing the target. Do not recommend!

I love eating at Mods BUt this location seems to always disappoint in the service department. Been here few times now and the service is slooowww. My husband ordered from taco shop next door, and got his food before I did. Disappointed customer

We went in yesterday for a pizza i ordered my pizza.the girl had all the toppings on it and was ready to go into the oven?then the phone wrang and the girl making my pizza said i will be back she took the phone to the back and never returned at 3:45 on tuesday 10-29.Needless to say we left.

It took forever to get through the line. There was only 1 poor guy handling the line, 1 running the oven and another taking care of online orders and the register. 1 pizza came out totally burned. They remade A pizza but not ours. The employee argued staying he knew the order. Um, he didn't. The other pizzas didn't have much taste. Over $50 for three small pizzas and drinks. Not worth the hassle or money at all. Resturant was clean.

My mom did a mobile order for mine and her pizza, when I went to go pick it up the employee was spraying glass cleaner on the glass above the food and tried to block it with his hand while spraying which did not do much of anything- glass cleaner will still get into the food since it’s now airborne. I didn’t want to eat mine after seeing that because I don’t know what had happened before I got it.
