The pizza was overcooked and “egg” shaped I am very disappointed because I love MOD and am shocked they would even let this out of the restaurant.

We usually go to the Scottsdale location, but were down in the area near this Mod Pizza.
While the food was good the workers were not. The guy making our pizza just threw ingredients on our pizzas and I ended up having some pieces with no cheese and other parts drowning in cheese. I even asked him when he was making to spread everything out, but he just couldn't do it (he tried but obviously either did not care or literally did not have the skill). I also found a random artichoke on my pizza that appeared after it came out of the oven - likely fell off someone elses pizza.
The worst part was that while we were eating, we saw this worker not wearing gloves (everyone else was) handling the salad ingredients and then they dropped tongs on the floor and put them back up on the salad counter. Same thing when they moved over to the pizza section and dropped the dough roller on the floor.
Additionally, I have never seen a Mod Pizza with so much cheese and random toppings sitting on the floor. Likely due to the lack of care from the young guy making pizzas and just throwing ingredients around.

First time eating at Mod…Very very friendly staff, offered lots of dipping sauce for our pizza and bread sticks (love that!), food was fresh and delicious. Did I mention how friendly and helpful everyone there was? Will be coming back super soon!

food is good, some of the employees that work there seem totally annoyed that people even come in. Music is way too loud inside and outside makes it’s especially hard to hear and communicate to anyone in there, I know it’s for atmosphere but I wish they’d turn it down.
The pizza was good but service was terrible-it took 2 1/4 hours for delivery and the order was incomplete.

Great pizza! The service is slow (stop talking!). The atmosphere is okay. I just don't like the sitting area. It is a poor layout due to many customers coming and going. I don't like the traffic where I eat.

Very bad customer service selective hearing is huge They will make the food the way they decide. The guy messed me up an kept interrupting when I was trying to tell him how I want me pizza size asking 4 or 5 times what sauce I want on the side when I told him 3 times. Was very stingy with the amount like it was coming from his paycheck And had to ask the manager for the code for the damn bathroom. Just hire new staff. Welcome to the ghetto I guess.

i’m conflicted with this review because i like the food and employees. The restroom was filthy, so i can only imagine what the back kitchen is like. no tea, so no arnold palmer. no salt packets. paid $10 for a small bowl of lettuce. i guess thats besides the point. it’ll be awhile til i return.

We ordered 4 pizzas and all four of them arrived burnt. We called and they offered us $4 refund per pizza. Why should I pay for horrible burnt pizza. Also very little amounts on the toppings. Order somewhere else!
