food is good, some of the employees that work there seem totally annoyed that people even come in. Music is way too loud inside and outside makes it’s especially hard to hear and communicate to anyone in there, I know it’s for atmosphere but I wish they’d turn it down.

Great pizza! The service is slow (stop talking!). The atmosphere is okay. I just don't like the sitting area. It is a poor layout due to many customers coming and going. I don't like the traffic where I eat.

Very bad customer service selective hearing is huge They will make the food the way they decide. The guy messed me up an kept interrupting when I was trying to tell him how I want me pizza size asking 4 or 5 times what sauce I want on the side when I told him 3 times. Was very stingy with the amount like it was coming from his paycheck And had to ask the manager for the code for the damn bathroom. Just hire new staff. Welcome to the ghetto I guess.

i’m conflicted with this review because i like the food and employees. The restroom was filthy, so i can only imagine what the back kitchen is like. no tea, so no arnold palmer. no salt packets. paid $10 for a small bowl of lettuce. i guess thats besides the point. it’ll be awhile til i return.

We ordered 4 pizzas and all four of them arrived burnt. We called and they offered us $4 refund per pizza. Why should I pay for horrible burnt pizza. Also very little amounts on the toppings. Order somewhere else!

This is a game changing pizza experience! I love the personalization options, you can make any pizza you can dream of! You basically pay one price for a (good sized) personal pizza, then pick out any toppings that you want for the same price! They also offer different pre made options, salads, as well as serving beer and wine! Any time I go I end up eating half of my pizza there, then I have leftovers for later! Definitely a must try for any pizza lovers!

I’ve gone to MODS multiple times and have always had good service but today I ended getting up really bad service from an employee named Aaliyah. It’s seemed that my dairy allergy was such an inconvenience for her even after I apologized for making her to do a bit more work. I was also told that we were rude to many other customers as well.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and I would pay for extra pepperoni on the app if it allowed but couldn’t find that option. I wrote in tge notes if I could get please get some extra pepperoni and this is what I received. 6 pieces of pepperoni doesn’t even seem like a normal amount. Disappointing.

I had ordered 20 min prior to picking it up, restaurant was super empty and they had not gotten my order in the oven yet! What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not even going to be ready and they don’t check for orders constantly
