Have lived in the neighborhood for many years and finally decided to try Mr.Cook's. We were pleasantly surprised as the food was very good and resonably priced. We will absolutely be coming back again. We had the General Tso's chicken, chicken lo mein and eggrolls.

This place is a hidden gem! I ordered the orange chicken lunch special and it came out quick. The orange chicken was fresh and not overly sweet and the spring roll was crisp. Will definitely be coming back here again!

My kids grabbed a Chinese food brochure for Mr. Cook's Chinese Cuisine from the door and insisted on takeout. Mr. C's is a small counter-service restaurant with limited seating. They have many lunch and dinner specials. We got a nice selection. Everything was pretty good and reasonably priced. The kids were happy!

We have been long-time customers of Mr Cooks but no more. Tonight we placed an online order (7:50p) and the website advised we would receive our order by 8:21p. At 8:45p we still had not received our order and called the restaurant. We got a bunch of "your food is on the way", "the website delivery time is wrong", and "it will be there in 10-15 minutes". Another 20 minutes went by and still no food so we made another call and got the exact same bunch of excuses. Another 15 minutes went by and the lady driver who had our food called and said she had a flat tire and asked if we wanted to pick up our food from wherever she was. We told her no. We called to cancel our order and requested a refund. After 20 minutes a second driver showed up at our front door (male) and tried to give us the food we had ordered over 2 HOURS before, saying "it stays pretty warm for a while", which we refused.
On a previous order before this date the same female driver arrived 20 minutes LATE after telling the restaurant she had already delivered our food.
This place used to be top-notch for chinese delivery but they have seriously gone downhill.

The food is amazing! It's not overly greasy which I love and it's got a great taste with lots of flavor. The staff is always super pleasant too. Just plan to take out, not much of a sit down type place.
If you want to keep your disgusting restaurant open, I suggest not littering our neighborhoods with flyers and pissing off the locals. We are tired of your trash. My house has a very bold “no solicitation/flyers” sign and these morons have the audacity to try me. Your restaurant is nasty, your food is nasty, and your health code violations really prove that. If you were smart, you’d stop leaving your stupid flyers on our front doors and maybe it wouldn’t earn you a bunch of one star reviews—but it seems like your nasty food and scamming your customers for extra payment/tips is already causing your business to run itself into the ground.
