Went to Mr. Lenos for lunch and ordered a burrito and half way through it I found a hair in it. I brought it back up to the counter and showed them and asked for my money back, but they refused and said that I put that in there myself. That is pretty crappy customer service. They basically called me a liar. I used to go there all the time, and now never again.
