Mr. Sweets did not show up to my wedding to deliver the desserts and fruits, even after I went in three times to confirm my order. He was kind enough to provide desserts for my family the next day, but it doesn’t make up for missing a major event we were excited for. I had to chase a refund the Monday after my wedding, was told 7–14 days, and it never came. I ended up having to file a dispute because the refund was never received. As a bride, the headache is not worth it. Brides and anyone planning major events, be warned.

Paid him $1800 to cater desserts for our wedding and he never showed up. Then he “refunded” our money which never actually came back to our credit card even after calling him multiple times asking about it. After 2 weeks, I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company to finally get my money back. Terrible experience.
