I travel a lot and I am from the south, New Orleans to be exact. I love fried chicken and I also love hot style chicken. For this place only being open 3 days they are on point. Came here on a chill Saturday afternoon around 5:30pm and was shocked to find a lull in the busyness of the place. None the less I ordered the 1/2 Byrd 1/4 mild and the other 1/4 medium, with fries and the mustard slaw. After about 15 mins my food was presented to me Hot and fresh. I was very pleased with the portions provided. The food was delicious. Theres definitely a difference in mild and medium, but nothing too overbearing.
