Nekter has become my daily health fix. They make fresh juice to order and it’s not bottled or watered down like the other places. I’ve been to a few locations and the staff are always friendly and fast. Still need to try their smoothies!

i’ve probably been going to nektar for like a decade or so and have ordered plain orange juices at multiple locations many times. the employee this time told me he could sell me 1 orange juice (made it clear he definitely cannot sell me 2) and that he’s not supposed to do even do that. he then proceeded to lecture me as if i don’t know english and gave me a laundry list of reasons why i shouldn’t order the orange juice. like bro i get it i won’t order the juice lol.

I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, I experienced significant delays, waiting over an hour just for a drink. This wait time far exceeded what I would expect, even from a sit-down restaurant. During my wait, I noticed at least 10 other customers encountering similar delays, which suggests this may be a larger operational issue.
While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the extent of this experience indicates that a review of your current system or staffing during peak times may be necessary. I hope this feedback is helpful as you consider ways to improve your service.
Until these issues are addressed, I will have to reconsider returning. I would appreciate any updates on how this matter is resolved.
I placed an order online specifically because I have limited time between clients, yet I’ve been standing at your location for over 30 minutes waiting for just two drinks (and as I write this, I’m still waiting). I’m not the only one—several other customers have mentioned waiting close to an hour.
This is completely unacceptable. If your location is running behind or understaffed, it should be reflected in your online ordering system. Your marketing promotes “skipping the line,” but it should also clarify that customers may be left waiting for an extended period, which defeats the purpose of online ordering.
To make matters worse, the staff was dismissive and seemed annoyed by the presence of customers simply waiting for the service they paid for. This experience falls far short of expectations, and it needs to be addressed.
