I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, I experienced significant delays, waiting over an hour just for a drink. This wait time far exceeded what I would expect, even from a sit-down restaurant. During my wait, I noticed at least 10 other customers encountering similar delays, which suggests this may be a larger operational issue.
While I understand that occasional delays can happen, the extent of this experience indicates that a review of your current system or staffing during peak times may be necessary. I hope this feedback is helpful as you consider ways to improve your service.
Until these issues are addressed, I will have to reconsider returning. I would appreciate any updates on how this matter is resolved.

I placed an order online specifically because I have limited time between clients, yet I’ve been standing at your location for over 30 minutes waiting for just two drinks (and as I write this, I’m still waiting). I’m not the only one—several other customers have mentioned waiting close to an hour.
This is completely unacceptable. If your location is running behind or understaffed, it should be reflected in your online ordering system. Your marketing promotes “skipping the line,” but it should also clarify that customers may be left waiting for an extended period, which defeats the purpose of online ordering.
To make matters worse, the staff was dismissive and seemed annoyed by the presence of customers simply waiting for the service they paid for. This experience falls far short of expectations, and it needs to be addressed.

HUMAN FINGERNAIL IN MY PROTEIN BOWL. FOOD AND SAFETY WARNING. I’m so grossed out. I found a human fingernail in my MOUTH after something was hurting and scratching my gums whilst eating. I pulled it out of my mouth thinking it was coconut (even though there was no coconut in my order). When I felt it, it was hard/ flimsy like a nail. It was not coconut. After further investigation you can see clearly the lines of typical human nails. It’s in no way edible. I’m absolutely disgusted and repulsed that this was in my mouth. The fact that gloves aren’t worn ??? Nails should be kept short when working this type of job, with added gloves for protection. See attached images.

I went there today for a Acai bowl and they were closed. It was 7:45am and they were supposed to be open at 7. Guess someone forgot to set their alarm and open the shop. Sad.

As a vegan by necessity due to various allergies, this is one of my go-to places for quick, delicious, vegan & nutritious meals or snacks.
Vegetarian options: I would say the menu and snack options are about 90% vegetarian/plant-based/ vegan-friendly, and the few items that are not are almost never cross contaminated with the other foods.
Dietary restrictions: I suffer from extreme dietary restrictions due to chronic health issues and autoimmune diseases, so I cannot consume dairy, eggs, cheese, meat, alcohol, gelatin, and more, but I have never ONCE become sick after eating here, something that is typical anywhere else I eat out at, and because of that fact, I visit this restaurant 1-3x a week, for the last 2.5 years.

woulda posted sooner but i am just now "out of the woods" health wise...came here for a smoothie, left with food poisoning. Call me crazy but I can't shake the feeling that the girls who are working Friday morning(9/1) did, or did not do something they were supposed to do, which resulted in my getting food poisoning... perhaps they didn't wash their hands, perhaps they used something expired in my smoothie? regardless, they get one star because I ended up in the hospital Friday night. As I'm getting violently ill less than two hours after having the chocolate/pb smoothie. I think it goes without saying I'm definitely not coming here ever again.

This is the second time in a row they prioritized walk ins over order ahead. People ordering after I placed my order and arrived at the store got their orders around the same time or before me. Yesterday I waited 50 minutes from the time the order was placed until I got my order. The anticipated time on the app said 25 minutes. I checked in at 25 minutes and it still took another 25 minutes to get my order of 3 bowls. They are understaffed and do not know how to prioritize orders.
