Very good experience every single time. My drink is always fresh and delicious made exactly to my diet and specifications. I am very grateful for this location. I have a strict diet and they are always happy to make my drink and answer any questions I have. Definitely recommended my family and friends to taste all their delicious treats.

Love the choices and flavors. They are not so overly sweet- taste more like fruit than sugar which I like. It seems a healthy choice and still very enjoyable

Both Maddie's were working this morning and their friendly greeting was just as good as the smoothie and bowl we ordered. This location has great seating and easy parking.

tried to order online for asap and it showed us a 45 minute wait so we figured it was a mistake so we came in early to let them know we are here so they can get started on it, and so they said they were starting on it…. 25+ minutes later i am still sitting here waiting for it even though multiple people have come in and ordered and left. it was 3 açaí bowls. the girls working didn’t bother to update or let us know why they weren’t starting our order. and then they still messed up one of the bowls.. i love nektar and this is our second time at this location. if you’re busy it’s one thing but to have someone sit there for 25+ minutes and not update them is just bad service.

Update: been back and service has been better. There’s a gentlemen who might be a manager who is very proactive!

I rushed over to the closest Nékter today that was still open, only to be turned away 30 minutes before closing. The staff said they stop serving juices after 7:30 p.m. It felt more like they were in a hurry to close than focused on providing good customer service.

Ben was superb! I walked in and there was a long line. He had grumpy unreasonably upset customers and he managed it professionally, respectful, and kind. He kept a smile on hos face moving forward. Be. Is Quality asset to the business. -Lalli
