Bad service. The bowl was not good at all.
The service was quick and friendly. This location was clean. I’ve been to others that have sticky tables. The bowl was delicious and exactly what I ordered.

Don’t come here if you don’t want Granola. Asked an employees if there’s any way they can minimize the granola and add more acai because it’s overwhelming. They said no because they follow a specific recipe.

I love the açaí bowls and smoothies from Nekter even though they are way overpriced. This location is centrally located and I feel like the staff is always in a bad mood compared to other locations.

I have been coming here after yoga instead of Starbucks. Toxin Flush with an added ginger shot always helps me recover. My other favorite is the Berry Chia Parfait. The pretty girls at the front are always so fast and efficient. Keep up the great work!!

This is by far the best nekter. The staff is amazing, it’s always clean, they decorate for holidays, and the drinks are always fresh. They’re doing something very right. I recommend the toxin flush for anyone new to juices. You won’t regret it.

Hours are wrong. They are posted as being open until 8:00 pm every day. I went at 7:21 pm. There was someone inside, but the store was closed and locked. No hours are posted on the door.
Loved my experience at this Nektr!!! They always make the best smoothies! Everything is so fresh and tasty! Thank you for being the best and my favorite morning stop!!

I arrived and was excited to see new ice cream flavors so when I was asked for my order by the young lady, I took a quick snap of the picture of the ice cream as I was excited to see it. I asked how long they've been carrying it, I was told "for a while now". I then told the young lady that I wanted the Green Apple Detox add beets. As I was saying, "add beets", she was asking what size I wanted, not even allowing me to finish my sentence. I told the young lady that I wanted the regular size and that I wanted ice, but not filled with a lot of ice. She went on to explain that they "size up", if I get ice added. I attempted to explain to her that I always get ice and it ends up being in a large container but not a ton of ice. The young lady just stared at me in a look of utter annoyance. She said okay. She then proceeded to make my drink and fill my cup to the TOP with ice! I ask, "Is that MY cup?" When she said that it was my cup, I asked her if I could get half the cup. She then went on to ask if I wanted a smaller size, explaining that the drink would not go to the top of the container if she did half the cup of ice. I politely told her that it was fine. When she handed me the drink, it was perfect. Just how I typically have it done.
However, I will say that I typically don't go to this location as there always seems to be some issue. This was my second try and I can do without the bad energy. I always, ALWAYS have a great experience at the Deer Valley location. They just get everything right each and every time I go with GREAT customer service. It really sucks because I live like 3 minutes from this location and would love to frequent it. However, I'll continue to go where I feel like I'm welcomed and not a bother.
