Absolutely amazing smoothies. We were visiting from Ohio and craved a smoothie, and were not disappointed! We grabbed one on our way back to the airport before we left town!

This place is absolutely amazing! Great service and great food, but two of the many times I’ve gotten the chocolate bowl, which isn’t supposed to have peanuts, I’ve had allergic reactions. I’m severely allergic and my throat swells up randomly while I’m eating it. I really love the food, but I can’t trust it to not be cross-contaminated at all anymore. It’s weird because it’s only happened twice out of probably 15 or so times that I’ve gotten the bowl, but it’s too dangerous for me now. I’m so sad because everything else about this place is perfect, though.

I really like the Acai bowl here and it's consistently good, but I have to comment on the lack of customer service. Employees do not seem happy to be here, rarely smile, some look a bit disheveled. It's a bit odd given the vibe of the decor and the mission of the establishment that focuses on health and positivity. It's a real downer to come in on mornings and greet staff with a smile for them to be blank, lifeless, and seemingly annoyed. This seems to be a full staff issue as I'm not sure I've encountered one pleasant person. I say all of this respectfully and with the hope that this changes. As a business owner I would definitely try to change the culture of the staff's attitude. Not a good look. Quick edit, the staff does bare minimum well enough they will greet you...eventually, there's just something off.

if I could give zero starts I would!! I ordered online at the wrong store went to another to pick up. I was advised to call the store and let them know and they would refund my money. I DID THAT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE! Not only did that never happen I was later told that it's not an option. I was then given the proper direction, which was to go online and submit a refund request at that time I was told they could not refund it because it was too long ago !! Furthermore, I was also told after I complained I would receive a call that NEVER happened.

This girl added too much liquid very disappointed & the customer service here was very basic I felt like a burden when she was taking my order because she kept giving me this blank stare making it awkward for me to ask questions. I feel like it may be due to the fact that she’s racist she was just was giving this stand offish energy or she just may have a very basic personality.Ordered the pink flamingo & mango delight .

make sure not to inconvenience the staff with allergies or expectations of any sort *at this location*. they will go out of their way to make sure you know you're not welcome there and they have no intention on accommodating any special request (regardless of corporate policy on allergens) if you want a welcoming atmosphere, do yourself a favor and go a couple miles up the road to town & country where the staff knows how to treat customers

I love the traditional acai bowl, and all the options they have for different bowls. Their chocolate bowl is also amazing. The juices and snack options are all delish and very no-added sugar friendly! Great locations too.
I picked up an order from here on a Wednesday morning, when walking in and going to mobile pick up none of the 2 girls welcomed me nor approached me. A girl in the back sees me standing as assist me. If they have a section for online orders why put the orders around the corner and just give an attitude knowing the order was ready and didn’t care to assist me.

The peanut butter acai bowl with added peanut butter on top is my favorite. I get it every time. I Highly recommend to my fellow peanut butter fiends! I also rely on this place for my regular ginger shot.
This is my neighborhood location and I've been here many times. But my husband and I won't return. I received no greeting when I walked in or arrived at the counter. No eye contact from the girl working the counter, she just looked at the iPad screen. I almost walked out. I placed my order anyway with apprehension. A man presented my order. As I was walking out, nearly to the door, he yelled at me in a sharp condescending tone, " You have a LOVELY day!" It was clearly meant to be rude. It was then I stopped and turned back and asked his name. Zach. 9am on a Tuesday morning. Unacceptable.

Unlike what other reviews said, the staff was super friendly. However the drink was terrible, took a couple sips and threw it away. It's 5 hours later and I still can't get the ginger taste out of my mouth.
