I have never had Nekter before and as was sitting in the courtyard behind your location I saw the window wrap of the Acai Bowl and thought it looked good so I ordered it and walked around to pick it up. So glad I did!!!! I will definitely be back!!!

Hi, The staff was very friendly and helpful :) I wanted to try the pumpkin smoothie but was told I needed to download the app in order to order that item since it wasn't available yet as a walk in order until later in September. That was a little confusing to do but Jamie at the register helped me through the process. And now with the app I can go to any nekter in the valley. Thank you - I will look forward to my next visit to nekter :) And the pumpkin smoothie was delicious <3

My daughter and I came in for beverages and an açaí bowl. My daughter had received the first order and I walked up to the pick up station to inquire about the second drink, as we were going to leave for an appointment. Jamie rudely interrupted and loudly told me my drink would be ready when they get around to making it which would be soon, then began addressing another customer. He was not only rude to me but to his co-worker. I returned from dropping off my daughter at a nearby location and cancelled my order. I doubt we will be back to this location.

I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes without an acknowledgment from either worker. I know they were busy with online orders that they were making and putting in the freezer for when people came to get them , but come on, just say I’ll be right there or something. I finally walked out and skipped getting a smoothie. Shame on your customer service. 2 guys working one with big ear gauges. You were acting like I wasn’t there, and no one was in there the whole time!!

Great healthy food choices. Smoothies are great. Drinks are also great. Don't eat the smoothie too fast or you could freeze your tongue. Very quick service. Nice open table settings.

In the store at like 1:30pm. There was a handful of people in the store. Asked how long it would take for a smoothie, I was curious because it took a while for the employees to even acknowledge us. The man at the register gave a very unnecessary and passive aggressive response. Him talking took up more time than my one question. Seemed frustrated. Should not be working in a fast paced place if he can’t handle a rush. Had he just simply answered my question, maybe “about 10-15 minutes” would’ve been fine. I kept trying to tell him I wasn’t interested ordering anymore but he kept interrupting me and continued to waste more time. Not sure why he felt he needed to talk to me like that.

This is my favorite location in the phoenix area. They are always pleasant and the fruit is always 10/10 fresh and delicious.

I had the protein power bowl. Added all the toppings I could ha ha. So yummy. I will be ordering that one again and again.
The Strawberry Banana protein smoothie is fantastic!! It's pretty pricy though, at around $10 for a small :( So maybe only once in a while as a treat.
Best place in the Valley to drop-in for a delicious Smoothie!
