The juice is okay but service is terrible. I needed some clarification with a menu item but the staff responds in an incredibly condescending tone.
I've only met one staff member who actually does their job well.

Outrageous price. $9.80 for a small juice. C’mon…
Love this spot! Their toxin flush drink is my absolute favorite, definitely recommend trying. Their acai bowls are delicious and filling, and the staff is always friendly.

Nékter Juice Bar is a go-to destination in Phoenix for thoughtfully curated juice cleanses and vibrant daily refreshments! With several convenient locations such as Town & Country (20th & Camelback), Indian School in Arcadia, Uptown Plaza, Corner on 7th, and Desert Ridge, it’s easy to find one nearby. Their cleanse offerings include customizable bottled juice bundles (with a 2-day lead time), wellness shots, and celery-detox plans, all designed to help you reset or maintain momentum throughout your day. Plus, they mix nutrient-packed smoothies, acai bowls, and cold-pressed juices that are perfect whether you're cleansing or just craving a wholesome drink. Friendly service and streamlined ordering make it simple to hop in, fuel up, and go.

Brooke and Kate are so sweet and helpful! Anytime I’ve come in, everyone is super friendly. The displays are aesthetically pleasing and the place is always clean when I come in. I’m glad I live so close, especially on days I need a pick me up! ❤️

Emory was extremely courteous and professional during my visit. I also enjoyed what I ordered and highly recommend visiting Nekter at Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The person who made my smoothie was extremely accommodating of my strawberry allergy, which made me feel much better about ordering from here.
The drinks are super good I love my punk flamingo smoothie but I don't feel like the prices accurately represent what I'm getting. The protein poppers are very good but I don't want to pay $7 for only 2 little balls of food.
Katelyn greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly and helpful! We got the Toxin Flush and it was delicious!
I am a Nekter almost daily and overall it’s pretty amazing. I get one of two drinks every time and it’s delicious every single time! Service is fast, and most of the time pleasant. I have been to several Nekters around the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and the customer service is hit or miss. The girls here have been kind though and it’s much appreciated.
Every time I come to a Nektar, the customer service experience is infuriating. Today, I placed my order and opened the app to scan for points, and finish the transaction. I look back down at the app and I see that there’s a free ginger shot available. So I ask the gal working if I can use it. And she’s like, oh no I’d have to redo the transaction. I tap the redeem button and the code comes up so I show that to her, asking will this work? She scans it and is then like, oh you have to buy something else. I JUST bought $14 worth of “something else” including a shot. She couldn’t care less. Zero thought to try to make it right. I’m instantly furious. This is the kind of thing that happens every time I come here.
