Every time I come to a Nektar, the customer service experience is infuriating. Today, I placed my order and opened the app to scan for points, and finish the transaction. I look back down at the app and I see that there’s a free ginger shot available. So I ask the gal working if I can use it. And she’s like, oh no I’d have to redo the transaction. I tap the redeem button and the code comes up so I show that to her, asking will this work? She scans it and is then like, oh you have to buy something else. I JUST bought $14 worth of “something else” including a shot. She couldn’t care less. Zero thought to try to make it right. I’m instantly furious. This is the kind of thing that happens every time I come here.

The non dairy ice cream is delicious! My favorite is the blue vanilla cookie dough.
The staff were nice and all, but the recipes for these smoothies suck. Both mine and my husbands smoothies are bland and don’t taste like fruit at all. I don’t feel like driving back but if I’d been smart and tasted them before leaving I would have asked for a refund.

I am still sitting in the store. I ordered online and when I got here, they said their system is down. They had my order in their iPad, but a receipt didn't print. Why would I order ahead if I still have to wait? Do better.

I recently experienced significant inconvenience at Nékter, which left me questioning their approach to customer service and technology adoption. Despite living in an age where online ordering and diverse payment options are standard, Nékter fell short of expectations. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to place an order online without any issues. However, my latest attempt to order online was met with disappointment as the service was unavailable. Opting for a direct visit, I anticipated a smooth transaction using Apple Pay, only to be informed that this payment method is not accepted. This was particularly frustrating given the proximity of NauticalBowls, a competitor within the same complex, which not only offers online ordering but also accepts various forms of payment, including Apple Pay. This discrepancy in service and convenience is baffling and, frankly, a bad business move for this Nékter location. It’s disheartening to see a lack of consistency and adaptability in their operations, especially when alternatives are demonstrating how seamless and customer-friendly the experience can be.
Very good, I was alone, they served us quickly, but the size is big, if you don't eat a lot it's like for two people, we ordered the acai banana berry one.

After 2 months in oregon for the summer frequenting your Camas, WA. And Lake Oswego locations, I'll say that it's positively a relief to return home to Fresh, quick and consistent options.Having just stopped in at the Nekter in Bakersfield CA, days ago on my return home, I'll say that I've come to rely on the mainstays of my whole food, plant based diet provided by Nekter on all the west coast of the US.I'm grateful to always be able to search for Nekter first in any city I am in for buisness or pleasure.
