The staff were nice and all, but the recipes for these smoothies suck. Both mine and my husbands smoothies are bland and don’t taste like fruit at all. I don’t feel like driving back but if I’d been smart and tasted them before leaving I would have asked for a refund.

I am still sitting in the store. I ordered online and when I got here, they said their system is down. They had my order in their iPad, but a receipt didn't print. Why would I order ahead if I still have to wait? Do better.

I recently experienced significant inconvenience at Nékter, which left me questioning their approach to customer service and technology adoption. Despite living in an age where online ordering and diverse payment options are standard, Nékter fell short of expectations. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to place an order online without any issues. However, my latest attempt to order online was met with disappointment as the service was unavailable. Opting for a direct visit, I anticipated a smooth transaction using Apple Pay, only to be informed that this payment method is not accepted. This was particularly frustrating given the proximity of NauticalBowls, a competitor within the same complex, which not only offers online ordering but also accepts various forms of payment, including Apple Pay. This discrepancy in service and convenience is baffling and, frankly, a bad business move for this Nékter location. It’s disheartening to see a lack of consistency and adaptability in their operations, especially when alternatives are demonstrating how seamless and customer-friendly the experience can be.

After 2 months in oregon for the summer frequenting your Camas, WA. And Lake Oswego locations, I'll say that it's positively a relief to return home to Fresh, quick and consistent options.Having just stopped in at the Nekter in Bakersfield CA, days ago on my return home, I'll say that I've come to rely on the mainstays of my whole food, plant based diet provided by Nekter on all the west coast of the US.I'm grateful to always be able to search for Nekter first in any city I am in for buisness or pleasure. Came in for skoop. It seemed busy in there and I'm patient, but the girls working completely forgot about me. My friend who ordered well after me got his order before me and the two guys after him also got their order before mine as well. I sat at the front and they ignored me, until I finally went up and asked where mine was.

This location doesn't even deserve one star. It's unsanitary, the equipment wasn't clean, the countertops were filthy, the tables haven't been cleaned, bathrooms are filthy. The staff doesn't practice sanitation / one of the female staff members sneezed, wiped her face while holding our drink in her hand and proceeded to bring it over without cleaning her hands or offering to remake the drink after clearly contaminating it. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Don't work in the food and beverage industry if you're incapable of practicing good cleanliness/sanitation while serving the general public. DON'T GO HERE.
The noise level in this place is awful.The constant noise of the machines could be easily deaden with a some acoustic panels. As a customer I only had to be here a few minutes but the employees I few are going to have long term ear problems. Take care of your employees, they are young and don't know better...

Ordered online and their directions led me to an outdoor mall, walked around twice and it was not where the pin showed. Tried to call the number provided and it’s a Verizon msg that the number is not in service. I used to love nektar but it’s become more like a Jamba Juice now.

Visited Nékter for the first time after my son's barber highly recommended a visit. I ordered the Açaí Peanut Butter bowl with almond butter, pea protein, and blueberries added and honey drizzle. It was by far the most refreshing delicious and satisfying healthy treat I've had in a while. I read their various fresh juice options and plan to take advantage of one at my next visit. This is a better alternative for the sweet tooth than cookies and ice cream. 10/10!!

We loved the protein bowl and chia parfait. I was disappointed my free 16oz smoothie that i downloaded, linked to FB and my cell didn't work while I was there. Though, it's not cheap so it is worth going back for it another time.It's near a really fun shopping facility and really hits the spot after the Fit4Moms workout at Desert Ridge!
