Dirty phone on cutting board? Really? Seems like a huge health violation. I also stood at the counter for 5 minutes and didn’t get acknowledged at all. Ended up leaving. Don’t want contaminated bowl anyways!

We visited this Nekter for the first time ever and I highly recommend it! We were greeted with friendly staff when we walked in and served immediately. I ordered the PB mocha and it tasted great. I was hoping that I would have another great experience here so we went back a few days later and I ordered the same thing. A different employee made my smoothie and it still tasted just as good as the first time. Before we left another employee asked us how the service was and how our smoothies tasted? It turns out he was the owner. He was very professional with us and pleased to hear we had such a great time. Based off the ratings and responses to both the positive and negative feedback above, I can truly tell this Nekter is passionate about its customers. Again, highly recommended!

This is our favorite Nekter location! For a special treat, we will come by after school to enjoy a healthy snack while completing homework and it is an enjoyable visit every time. Friendly service! I LOVE Nekter, but the service here is the worse every time I come the girl working at the register always looks like she doesn’t want to be there and very blah. Then expects me to tip, I still do but don’t know why not a good experience coming in. Sad other locations have the best customer service, but this is the only one close to me.

Save your money or go to another location! I took my son to this location as a treat & the girl working was so incredibly rude & behaved as if our questions and assisting us was a huge bother. I'm not one to leave a negative review but our experience definitely warranted it. I would recommend ensuring that the employees at your location properly represent your business & encourage customers to return not stay away. Very disappointed.
