Unfortunately as soon as you walk in there is a serious trash odor. The fit out was cheaply done and felt very uninspiring/ empty. The bowls I got were average but nothing amazing. The waffle were tasteless, the nut butters tasted like skippy from the grocery store. Overall not impressed.

Unfortunately if you guys are going to be in a busy area atleast have more than 2 people working took 10 minutes just to get serviced another 10-15 just to get my meal by than im already irritated and break over than 2 bowls got there's first and they came in after me

Place an order through their app ,go to pick up the order and questioned as if I’m a common criminal by a young employee who felt entitled or thought things were a joke went to my car to get my receipt out of my phone as the order was placed on their app for a pick up at 8:45 was told while standing in there that the receipt just printed I have nothing to do with your process or procedure. I would never place an order for 9 o’clock and I have to start work at 9 o’clock. Then told me I had to cancel through the app which there is no location to cancel through the app said I would have to wait for the manager to get a refund. Please avoid this store at all cost very poor customer service, unprofessional. Definitely won’t ever have to worry about me coming to that store

Love their bowls and smoothies. My fan fav is the tropical bowl and the banana berry bowl. Used their juices for detox, they do the trick. Some I found very difficult to drink like the charcoal and oatmeal.

I just wanted to say thank you for always, ALWAYS, getting my order right AND with smiles on your faces. I feel like we had a healthy relationship, but when I moved from that side of town, I tried the location on 7th and Camelback and was disappointed in their service. I vowed to never go back, visiting your location whenever I was on that side of town. However, I live only a few minutes from the Camelback location and really wanted my favorite drink so I decided to give them a try again.Unfortunately, I went back to mistreated, again. I will just have to continue to visit your location every chance I'm that way.
