Nello's never disappoints! Service was outstanding and was right there for every need. Pizza (Pavone) didn't have the spice as in the past, but still very good. Noise level was the only challenge to overcome.
In-laws from the Midwest came to visit and wanted italian food, Nello's fit that bill to the T. A safe bet for pasta and pizza lovers, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either.
The wood fired pizzas are delicious both the regular crust and the deep dish. The salad and the Nemo's dressing was also very good.
Everything delicious and great service 😋

This place is a favorite of ours! The pizza is outstanding and we always have a fun time here. Highly recommend the fungi formaggio pizza. One of the best slices I've had.
Been here lots of times for pizza and salad but first time for Wednesday fish and chips. Delicious big fish fillets, fries and cole slaw. YUM!!
This place has been making great pizza my whole life
I haven't eaten there in a long time.

Best food in Awatukee! Gluten free crust option is the best around. Salads are awesome.

Ordered pizza online. I got the margherita pizza and cheese and both were very good except that they were both a little bit too salty for my taste. Overall a good experience but would recommend ranch for the pizza!

I hadn’t been to Nello’s Pizza in over a decade, and I came expecting the same classic pizza I remembered. I didn’t expect a full menu of unexpected variety, including chef’s boards. Fancy!
We hosted our National Concierge Association, Arizona chapter meeting on the outdoor patio, and Katie from Backbar Hospitality (which owns Nello’s) couldn’t have been more gracious. She helped us set up a welcoming space for our speaker on networking, a topic that felt right at home in a place built on community and good food.
I’m not usually a fan of boards, but for a group setting, they worked great. Neat, easy to graze, and surprisingly hit the spot. Simple stuff, well done.
If you’re here for the pizza or planning a casual gathering, Nello’s has evolved—and it’s worth a revisit.

One of my fav spots for casual dining. Excellent tomato sauce, good selection of beers, salads as well. Fast & friendly service, I can’t complain. See pics for more detail.
