The times I have gone to this place the ladies look angry and don't say hello, I get the impression that they are bothered by me coming in. On two occasions I have arrived before 9pm and the chairs are already up, you can tell that they want to close and they don't want people to sit down to eat, supposedly they shut down at 10pm I don't go to this place anymore, they don't serve well . The other store on 35th and Glendale is much better. And they are very kind.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. I come about twice a week. Starbucks can NEVER. Their raspados naturales are truly natural and fresh! They never disappoint. I’ve gone to other locations and they don’t smack like their products.
Badly badly ever to work they keep you stand whole day until 11PM and they $6 an hours terrible experience with this place $6 an hours and when my two weeks is complete I still can’t get my payment

Very bad service from the workers. All the new people who are taking care of the place are rude, they don't say hello, they don't say thank you and they serve as if you were going to ask them for something. It's a shame that they give bad service so I'll stop going and the last 2 times I compared strawberries and cream they have come out spoiled.

I think you pay the price to get good food. We bought some nachos and when we got home the chips were stale like when they don't close the bag properly. I called to tell them and the lady was still arguing, claiming that the bag had barely been opened in the morning. I asked them if I went they would give me new ones and they said yes. I got there and the lady had put some from the bag that she thought were good on a plate still complaining to me. I asked him, is he going to change them or not? And with an attitude he said yes, and took the plate back. That lady always thinks she owns it. You are going to ruin this business if you continue with that attitude, after today I prefer to travel further for better service.
